The staff is incredible here! My two small kiddos and I stop often to find some goodies. We have never had a bad experience. They are always so kind and the store is super organized! Literally always greeted with a smile and friendly chatting. Absolutely love it here! Always look forward to stopping!

Terrible customer service at donation drop off. Donation door was still locked at 9:05am, employees visibly saw us with our donations in the drive through and at the door but ignored us. Crystal & another employee came out to unlock door at 9:05 and just stood there while unloaded donations from my vehicle and then just stood there and stared at us when we got in our vehicle and drove away. Went inside to talk to manger about the lack of customer service & efficiency but manger was at bank so had to talk to Crystal, who was next in command & she denied everything. She said the donation was unlocked at 9am and that she was very helpful & greeted us with a smile & good morning. My son confirmed that she did none of this but she insisted that we were both lying and that the door was unlocked at 9am. If your donation door is publicly listed as being open at 9am, make sure it’s open at 9am. Customer service skills are essential at businesses in this day and age to keep them going. I strongly suggest your company works and their customer service skills. Not sure if Crystal was having a bad day, but definitely not pleasant to interact with, doesn’t take accountability for her actions and lacks professionalism with supervisor role. Very disappointed & will be making donations elsewhere from now on.

The stuff was nice, but the girl with straight black hair kept running into me so she could work faster. If you hate your job that much, just quit, lady.

Always have large selection of many everyday items and clothes to choose from. Can always find something u may need!

DON’T SHOP HERE!!! Goodwill is a ‘FOR PROFIT’ company. Little too nothing goes to charity and it just fills their pockets. Shop at SALVATION ARMY or any other local charitable thrift store or church.

I just dropped off 3 bags of really nice clothes at Goodwill yesterday, and the worker was so rude. I have never donated clothes before and I opened the trunk to my vehicle and she says " you have to get it yourself. I'm not doing it for you. " she didn't have any manners about it.and not to mention I just had a baby 4 days ago. Thankfully my sister was with me and she could bring the bags in. If she wasn't I would have drove off and I'm never donating clothes or shopping here again.

Sizes were not sorted by number size, toys were not down were kids could view. Staff was friendly, prices were fair.

This is the only Goodwill that doesn't run specials at any time..every goodwill I have been to has specials on items...all of them except this one..is it not affiliated with all of the other ones..otherwise would give 5 stars..
