They are willing to take your money for whatever but when warranty replacements come into play they don't have the man power to fix your fridge or whatever in a timely manner. They've had my fridge for almost 2 months and I keep getting the same response that it'll be done soon it'll be done soon and offer no sort of refund or replacement.

I went in to Karl’s in Watertown SD, I was promptly greeted by the staff.Jayson, Eric, and Brad! Smiles and they listened to my needs and I ordered a New Traeger, the Pub34 series in Bronze with a front shelf and Insulated blanket, some Rub and pellets to boot!They put it together and we’re able to get me out the door and smokin for Thanksgiving! The Turkey was a huge hit but more importantly the boy was grateful for his new gift!Thank you Jayson and staff for always treating me like family!Merry Christmas and happy New Years to you and yours!Peace

Brad Martin. His business card says "Sales Professional". That doesnt even begin to describe the dedication this man that represents Karls Appliance has for Karls, and especially for his customers. Some will 'go the extra mile'; Brad Martin goes the extra 10 miles! He deserves special recognition and praise for his performance as a True Sales Profesional and one who developes a close relationship with his customers. We went in and ordered a fridge on 6/1/22, Eric Scott was our sales person and he told us that we would most likely get our fridge by 6/15/22. Which was totally fine. 6/15 came and went, heard nothing. I finally called the store on 6/20 and spoke with Jeff. He said he did not have any updates on when we would get it but to call back on 6/21 to see if they had any updates, so I did. He still did not have any updates for us. Eric called us back on 6/23 asking how our new fridge was and if we liked it. I told him we did not have it yet and no one seems to know when we would be getting it and he said we will get it on 6/29 in the afternoon. We have been sitting around waiting for over 2 hours for our fridge to arrive and so I finally called the store to see where it was or when it was coming. Eric replied with "Your fridge never came. I thought the warehouse would have called you and told you it wasn't on the truck. Maybe July 5th you would get it.".... I will never order another product from Karl's in Watertown... they seem very unorganized and just gives you the run around. Very unhappy about the service we are getting from them.

We went to Karl's to purchase a new refrigerator for my mother thinking local store would be our best option. Unfortunately, we were terribly wrong. This has been a nightmare with their lack of customer service after the sale. We have had several issues arise with the installation of the appliance, and it has been and still is a fight to get anything resolved through their store manager. Would not shop here again.

Yesterday was in to Watertown store to buy new kitchen stove. Stood there over 10 minutes .. not one employee sitting up front would walk over to offer assistance. Obviously dont care to make a sale. Went up town to Dugans appliance was treated so well.

Went to Karl's looking for a washer, walked in the store, saw that most workers were busy. Not one person acknowledged me, didn't say hi, didn't say I will be with you in a minute, it was like I was invisible, stood around for 5 to 10 minutes and left. Bought a washer from another store. Apparently customer service has gone by the wayside.
