“I didn't actually visit the classroom connection. I was at the apartments that are behind that place. The apartment I visited is gorgeous. If it was a new York apt. the place would go for well over $1000. With the exposed brick and original wood floors. The only downside is no windows and a weird chemical smell that is strong enough to give you a headache. The person I visited says it doesn't affect him but since moving in, he's had countless "colds", headaches, covid multiple x, and asthma problems, I think the smell is a huge factor.”
