I have been looking to switch phone carriers and decided to try T-Mobile. I have a co-worker that just switched to T-Mobile and he and his wife had recommended T-Mobile. As of today, I have been into Watertown, SD T-Mobile store 3 days in a row still without a new plan or phone. I have spent over 6 hours in T-Mobile over the span of 3 days. The employee I was working with on 12-26-23 had an account setup, but it was not the plan that I wanted and was not able to have my phone registered and setup because "Their system was down". The employee informed me to stop by on 12-27-23 and speak with a manager to get the phone registered. I stopped on 12-27 and briefly saw the manager (Ryan Dewitt) as he said he would be right back... 1 hour later and never to be seen again. I was working with other employees (Timothy and Alpha) who were newer trying to setup a plan for me. Both had questions for the manager who would not help them. While waiting an hour... I saw another customer come into the store and were looking around. They were told the wait could be a long time unless the manager came out to help them. The manager (Ryan) never came out of his office. Those customers left. Timothy informed me that the training was not very well put together for setting up phone plans and the Ipad setup software was very glitchy and not working. Timothy and Alpha were very apologetic and wanted to help. I am very disappointed with the manager (Ryan) for not putting a customer first and lying about (being right back) after an hour. I will not recommend T-Mobile and will not do business with them. - Tyler

The Reps that helped us were kind, patient, and a joy to talk to. They mad our switch so easier and painless, to the point where I walked out the store with my phone ready to use. It was so nice!

Edit: After talking with the manager, the situation was correctedAvoid this store at all costs, incompetence runs deep. My wife and I were offered $1600 worth of discounts for upgrading phones, then the offer changed after the purchase. The difference in discounts is over $1000. The salesperson admitted she made a mistake but said there is nothing that can be done. Take your business anywhere else.

My husband ordered a flip phone (yes old fashioned). We were also purchasing a watch. My husband went I. The store to buy the watch for Christmas but because the phone is not here yet...over a week later, they refused to sell him the watch. We asked for the box so we could all least wrap a box but they wouldn't do that either. Then while my husband was talking to the store rep, she took a call and didn't even say excuse me. We were with sprint 20+ years. Now, we will probably drop the service all together. Watertown, SD

I went into Sprint on 8/15 to look at a new phone and to ask questions. It was 2 pm, when I went in 2 guys were sitting behind the desk, didn't say Hi when I walk in. then I went to look at Phones was there looking at phone for 15 minutes, Never ask me if I need help.Which I did, and question to be answer.Who is the manager there? Is it Shawn?
