The legs and power supply for the adjustable base were missing during delivery. Called the store and Mark delivered a regular foundation to my moms home, til they can redeliver a complete adjustable base. Out standing customer service.

It feels like a bargain furniture outlet, because that's what it is. The selection is nice, but I don't expect our new couch to last more than about 5 years.I know a lot of this is out of their control, but we we waited 6 months before our couch came in. We ordered in November, were told it would be in by January. It didn't. Then we were told March. Still didn't come in. And then about the middle of April we finally got it.It wouldn't have been that big of a deal if they had offered us some sort of credit or discount or something like that. But I think since they knew they had my money that they didn't need to worry about it. Just felt a little taken advantage of.

I ordered the bladewood zero wall recliner. That's not what I got. I got a rocker recliner and it's also not a wall hugger. My recliner looks nothing like the pictures. Not happy at all! If I would have wanted what I got, I would have ordered it!

We bought our sectional in Sioux Falls, yet they claimed that Watertown could deliver it to us. We live 30 miles from Watertown. So we called to the Watertown store to see if our sectional was in. They informed us that they don't have a delivery service and they can't deliver it. It was frustrating! We had to make multiple trips to pick up our items. And once we unwrapped the pieces, the frame was protruding the fabric . Ashley furniture was great to work with and replaced the damaged piece. The Watertown Unclaimed Freight was the middle man but were helpful with the exchange. But I gave them 3 stars because they gave us damaged piece even though I asked them if there was a damaged because the frame looked misshapen.

I bought furniture twice from unclaimed freight and both times they were slow on delivery. Just recently I ordered a mattress box spring and bed frame and went to pick it up and it wasn't there I drove an hour to get there only to be told that it wouldn't be there until the next week. It's frustrating and they don't offer any apologies

I loved our store back home, but we have had nothing but headaches from the store down here:( The furniture is beautiful and at a good price but there was poor communication and rude comments when trying to get it fixed with regular staff. I finally got a chance to talk with the manager in person and he was very easy to work with once he got the whole back story.

I went to unclaimed because we bought a couch through the store in Fargo last spring and liked dealing with them. Now we are in Watertown and so when we wanted new bedroom furniture we went to their store here. It has been an absolute nightmare. Megan sent all of our furniture to the wrong state so the initial delivery was about four weeks later than it should have been, it took two and a half months to get the bed. When they brought the bed it was defective, five different times I have been told either by the manager or by Megan that the manager will call me and he hasn’t. On top of it they offered us $35 for all of the screw ups and we spent over $2,200. Even the delivery drivers have told us that they don’t have these problems with the other stores, just this one. Today they said that the salespeople at the Watertown store don’t know what they are doing and order a lot of furniture wrong. It’s pathetic, I’m most likely going to send it all back since I’ve been waiting for 9 days for the manager to call me to get this straightened out and the dimwit can’t even do that.
