I experienced excellent customer service! On July 28, 2023 the woman agent was extremely helpful, professional& friendly. I was not able to access info on my phone to have printed so she stepped my thru using her own private hotspot wifi & voila' it worked. I was able to get my documents printed with the help of this nice woman. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible experience trying to get a pattern. One employee actually trying to work and was overworked making copies on the smaller size. One attempt to make a larger size copy for me which was not the size I requested after having left the copy there for 2 hours. 2 other employees working very slowly moving one Box at a time and coming from the back to assist customer when the bell rang with door opening. I very obviously stood waiting for assistance while they waited on others. I spoke up and a poor attempt to help with making a copy smaller than the original. No care in worker appearance at all looked sloppy and unprofessional which they were at best! I LEFT VERY UPSET AND WILL NOT RETURN! Just spoke with Rachael and recieved and apology for yesterdays service. Just hope it never happens again.

This absolutely the worst group of employee's I have ever encountered. The employees are more concerned with wiping a counter and ignoring the waiting customers. They absolutely are must hate their jobs because they demonstrate an apathy towards actually working or demonstrating customer service.

They don't deserve a rating at all. I have never encountered such rudeness and lack of customer service. There were 3 employees working, okay 2 were waiting on customers if you can call it that. They stood around looking everywhere but at the line of customers, trying their best to ignore having to wait on anyone. There was no greeting, just a motion to a scan bar that I guess she wanted me to produce. I wasn't even sure she was alive. Absolutely the worst, these employees should find other jobs that don't require interacting with people!

I had ordered some prints through here and things did not go as planned but I will say the team and the manager went out of their way to right any wrongs. I was extremely impressed that they had made an effort to help me out especially after I had kind of snapped on the gal helping me. I think she could truly see that I was frustrated with other things and not her. She took the extra time to give me great customer service and threw in some free small services to help me because my order was not right the first time around but she definitely went above and beyond the second time I came back.

Called there and the lady was very unpleasant and very obviously did not even TRY to help me. Asked if she could check for a package for me to come pick up since the tracking says it's at this specific store, second I gave my name she nearly interrupted me to say it wasn't there indicating she did absolutely nothing and just simply didn't wanna help let alone talk to me. Long story short, don't even bother calling, showing up is hardly good either, to save yourself any heartache just hope they deliver your stuff right and in one piece. If they don't do either right, all I can say is good luck dealing with their staff

I've had 2 packaged listed as delivered and yet, they aren't here. Attempting to talk to an actual person is next to impossible! Terrible customer service!

Excellent customer service!! I always enjoy my trips to the Watertown UPS. All of your workers are fast and efficient. I don’t know the name of the lady who was working this morning but she was awesome!

Don't know what happened to this store but just a few years ago, there was a time when this store was great. Now with new employees (guessing management too) the store has become my place of dread. Totally incompetent and rude reps (wont even get into this part) that have already lost one package on me going back to Amazon but now seems to have lost a second package within 6 months. I also read from another reviewer they lock up early, before 6 PM but they also quit answering the phone at 5:45 PM, UPS needs to come up with alternative plans for this horrible, useless and incompetent store and I hope its soon.

Very disappointed in their personal mail box service at this location. We've utilized 2 UPS mail forwarding stores in 2 different states and the Watertown location has by far sadly been the most untrustworthy this last year or so. We keep getting other people's mail which I am sure could make other people uncomfortable also. When speaking to the manager she said well its human error I don't know what to tell you. No apology, no we will work on correcting this. I had to ask if she would be doing anything? She acted like she didn't want to. It's been happening every month or so. We usually have our mail only forwarded every 2 weeks so to have that happen definitely shows complacency. We love to keep our business in our home town but sadly we are questioning whether we should continue. I understand errors but this has been continual and why should other customers pay to forward other people's mail, not to mention the privacy issue!
