Not Disappointed but I thought I should share that although it says "Open 24/7" this is not the case. But with a small town, I can't be mad!

BEWARE BEWARE for if you're going to get MORE THAN 1 Money Order/ MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS. Bitch got $2K of my Cash for 2 money orders. I needed 1 more @ $100 and she said, "Sorry, you didnt tell me you were going to do multiple transactions. I said, You didnt tell me I had to tell in advance of what I was going to be doing. I hate Walmart anyways but I had to go there for its the only Walmart store at night. No banks were open.,,,,,,Anothertime I went to cash a check and they would cash it with NO EXPLANATION. ...So that was my 2nd time being in that store. I JUST DONT GET IT !!

Got overcharged with a few items that were on clearance. On receipt it showed clearly that I was overcharged. Tried to resolve the issue with receipt at customer service, but to no avail. Maryann doesn't have any customer service ethics whatsoever. No helpful with trying to resolve a problem but trying to make excuses on why she can't do this or that, Rocking back and forth with excuses that aren't legit. So yeah overall the worst shopping experience I have ever been through.

Horrible customer service. Pickup is really terrible, if you pickup, remember to check all of your items before you leave. If anything is missing, get it resolved right away because if you call to get it resolved they will not own up to their mistake and hang up on you. I called and the man was incredibly rude the entire time while my mother and I were on the phone. He acted like her disabled lisp made her completely inaudible. So, I was forced to talk to him and he was very impatient. He kept putting us on hold every two seconds and then he accused us of being ignorant and lying, saying “the woman said that’s the first thing she put in.” and we explained to him that we received that (which was dry cat food) and not our missing item ($16 worth of wet cat food). Then he just cut us off and put us on hold again. During that hold, he hung up. We were shocked, but we called back again. A lady answered this time, we explained to her that our pickup order had an item missing and the person we called earlier hung up on us. She ignored the issue at hand and asked “Who hung up on you?”, my mother answered, “some man.”, and the lady hung up. We were very annoyed and disgusted at this point, so we called back again and asked to speak to the manager, who apologized and told us we can just come to the customer service and show our receipt, which I highly doubt will work since our online receipt shows we received the item and he didn’t tell us his name. Anyways, moral of the story is we are still very upset that we got ripped off and disrespected by the staff. We also got another random fee from Walmart that the customer service a few days earlier said would come off, but it still hasn’t. I don’t know what this Walmart is doing, but it’s not funny and my family does not appreciate it.

There was no one around so had to wait quite a while after pushing the button for help and eventually a gal came out of electronics to help me. But picture was great.

This is a Walmart so you know what to expect, more-or-less. However, I came here on some of the busiest days (Thanksgiving week, including Black Friday) and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly all of the employees were. I had to do returns, buy groceries, and was there for other household goods and was able to do my shopping quickly and pleasantly each time I was there.... including Black Friday! It was the best experience(s) I've had at a Walmart and their selection is huge. I would definitely recommend this location and I will be back.
