I have never walked into a store and be greeted with this level of helpfulness! I didn’t even have to ask for help. Josh was behind the The service desk and asked if he could help find what I was looking for. I was looking for grout sealer and a grout repair kit. He knew exactly where it was and led me to it. I asked if he had done grout work before and he was able to give me suggestions based on his past experience. Then another guy helped me find the right dirt to help plant new succulents, and the girl at the checkout was very friendly and helpful as well. I think her name may have been Lizzie, but I’m not sure that team definitely deserves kudos and recognition.

I’m from out of town and came to the store looking for a tool I needed for a project I’m doing locally. I didn’t find what I needed unfortunately but Mike was very helpful and helped me track down the tool I needed at another location. I was struck by his helpful attitude and commitment to service!

Special thank you to Josh for his customer service. I went in to buy grill replacement parts and he got them replaced under warranty 7 years later on my Weber grill. It’s a good thing I purchased it from Ace!

One of our favorite stops in Yankton! Love looking at all the kitchen gadgets, grill accessories and the seasoning section is amazing. Staff is the best, they need to give classes to other stores on great customer service!
