I stopped in and ask the front desk/first desk off to the right hand side. She directed me to the correct place. Nice facility, big, open, spacious.”

“I was having a lot of difficulty using their app, particularly with logins.
I finally had the opportunity to take care of it when I took time off from work time take my mom here to help her open a savings account. I wasn't aware we needed an appointment for that but they did everything they could to prepare her for our appointment the next day.
Also, even though fixing my login was difficult for them too, they were able to resolve it even though we showed up at a quarter to 5.
That reminds me, if you want to make an appointment plan on being there at 4. The lobby closes at 5pm, the drive through is open until 5:30pm.
Anyway, this branch is full of great people willing to go the extra mile even in less than ideal circumstances.”
