“This store and the people.. have the lost art of incredible customer service. I stopped in to see if I could get a few replacement clips/parts for my grandmothers vertical blinds while I was in town visiting. I figured it was a long shot… Kara directed me to what to look for on the blinds for a manufacturing sticker, and if they were a brand they have, she would find the parts.
The next day, she called me and got the pieces I needed on order. My grandmother didn’t purchase these blinds at this store, yet they, with no hesitation worked to get the replacement pieces. I highly recommend this place to my fam jam and anyone else in the area!”
