Wayyy overcharged on diagnostic alone. I had told the mechanic over the phone exactly what it needed and left a printed diagnostic sheet from oreilly. The guy completely dismissed this and then still charged $120 for the diagnostic in their shop just to tell me exactly what I told them. Unwilling to listen to customers. Won’t be going back.

Jay O does a great job of communicating about the entire repair process. I take all of my Hondas to Jay O and can depend on him to take care of the repairs at a reasonable price and with great results. He goes above and beyond to help out our family.

Jay is that rarity - an honest, competent mechanic. His prices are fair, the work is done right the first time. He has worked on all my vehicles since I've lived in Yankton and never have I had a complaint about any of his work. It's all first class work by a first class man.
