We have been to this location twice and both times we have had poor experiences with rude employees. I am not sure who helped us the first time but the second guys name was Jim and he was very abrasive and unkind. We will be avoiding this UPS store from now on if possible.

Was supposed to have a package delivered at 2:30 to 4:30 then it said seven now it won't deliver unless I update my address came by the store to pick it up it was 6:40. I understand not opening if not their but a guy was sitting at his desk doing paperwork with open sign open I knocked he flipped me off is what it looked like customer service said I was screwed until tommrow I'm going out of state for 4 days. What now

Horrible service poor communication lost my package and then decided my address was wrong so it wont deliver anyway. Wasted two days waiting in the heat for the app to incorrectly quote delivery times and then bam- nothing. No call, no message, barely any information on the tracking site and the automated rep was awful to talk to. The one person I did get through to gave almost no information, saying it was on time and on the way, which was bull. Angry to say the least.

The skinny guy with shaggy hair has a really bad attitude any time he deals with customers, otherwise this location is ok.

My printer was out of ink, and the process to return was so easy at the store (email the return label and they print it right there). I have always had an excellent experience at this store! Sometimes when you are asked to leave a Google review, you can’t say exactly what wasn’t 5-star service, but I can genuinely say every time I use the services at this store, it’s 5/5 stars! The employees are genuinely kind, courteous, and helpful. Great job, UPS team in Yankton!!
