Underpaid, in violation of osha standards, if you are not in shape don't bother working there cause you will hurt alot and possibly have irritated lungs from not requiring a respirator in such a dusty enviroment, the dust irritates your lungs soo bad it makes you sick, and ive heard the boss is a pain
