We would like to say Thank You to these guys for going above and beyond when our family was on our way to vacation in Tennessee and our tire blew out. The man took my tire and got it fixed for us and put it back on. They gave us water and gave the kids popsicles while we waited. They are true angels and we feels so blessed we was in the right place at the right time.

Marvin and his team did a great job repairing my Toyota Highlander after someone rear ended me in traffic. It had significant damage and once I got it back, it looked like it had never been in an accident. They also went the extra mile and had it back to me within 2 days, and had cleaned/vacuumed the inside and washed it. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and communication during the process. They also fixed another vehicle a few years ago and we had the same outstanding results after hitting a deer. I can not say enough nice things about M&M. A semi lost its tire and hit my car damage the whole front end 2 hours away from. Due to the noises it was making it felt unsafe to drive. Tow company picked my car up and recommended M&M. The next morning I received a call that it was drivable, however I felt it was still unsafe. Marvin was so kind and looked at it before I got back on the road. After driving it, he to felt it was unsafe. He said he would fix it for and have it back as quickly as he could. I receive a call 1 week later it’s fixed and ready. I was so shocked!!! I did luck up and it was all cosmetic damages. My car looks BRAND NEW. You can not tell it was ever in an accident. He made sure every seam was lined up perfectly!! Paint matched perfectly. He even cleaned the inside as well. I’m just so happy with the end result! I would recommend M&M to anyone traveling or in the Greeneville area. I’d bring it back to this location if everything ever happened to it again.Service: Body & Trim

My 4Runner had substantial damage to it and I got it back today looking brand new! They clearly take great pride in their work!!! I am so pleased with M&M Collision and the amazing job they did on my car. They went above and beyond and I know that my 4Runner was repaired properly and that I am safe in it!Marvin kept a constant line of communication open and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! Coming in for an estimate, the men who came out we’re very rude and said it would be at least 3 months. Then after I said that was ok they said wit will be more like 4 months and they didn’t want to waste their time. Very unprofessional when coming in for estimate to have body work done. We wanted to keep our business close to home but after this experience I would not recommend this business for anyone. I would give 0 stars but to leave feedback you have to give at least 1

Marvin and his PDR guy did an exceptional job on my truck to repair a dent from a deer running in to it. Marvin also touched up some rock chips on my truck also. Marvin will be my #1 guy to take my vehicles to from now on. Thanks a lot!!
