Once I got over the negative aspect of needing body repair performed on my car, Dan Caplet, Carol Hwang, Rose of Caliber Collision went above and beyond to do everything possible to make this a positive experience. Of course they were courteous and on time, but in addition thoroughly knowledge both of the needs to repair the car and the interface with my insurance company and rental car, everything necessary to miminize any inconvenience. Furthermore, they looked for all possible options to gain the best leverage of the cost of the repair identifying repairs that can be done in conjunction with the claim which improves the overall condition of the car for minimal cost. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.Services: Body & Trim

First and foremost this incident was a huge wrench in our preparation for the baby. We hit a pot hole on the interstate land our steering wheel jolted anytime we went over 40mph. Terrifying really, and I was 7 months pregnant so freaking out about how to pay and everything. Well Darby really went out of her way to make sure we were informed, and she kept in contact more than the insurance company! She was kind, she understood when we got frustrated and remained friendly and helpful. They went far beyond what they had to do and it all started with Darby. Her manage also had them clean our car due to it taking longer than we all predicted to fix. Just amazing to be treated like a human after this last year. We will definitely continue using them and look forward to seeing Darby!!

Caliber did an excellent job in repairing our Acura after we hit a deer, including a headlight replacement.

These shops are a joke! Only there so insurance companies can use them to do cut rate repairs on your vehicle. I would not take my vehicle here avoid at all costs! Wayne the shop manager is old washed up alcoholic with a bad attitude. Had to take my car back 3 times to have adjustments made from the cut rate shoddy repairs they performed!

I have had many dealing with Autobody repair shops over the years with four kids driving and Caliber Collision on NorthPark Alcoa Tn. Is by far the best shop I have ever used . The Manager Travis and his staff help me with the entire process . I have two cars to be repaired and pick up the first one and it looks great . I will be dropping off the second one in two weeks and I am quite sure it will turn out the same. When you walk in to there lobby ,you can tell everyone is so friendly and loves working there . They have a customer for life now .I will tell all my family and friends to go see Travis and Pete at Caliber and you will not be disappointed. Great Service and Great Repairs . Thank You For Restoring the Rhythm of My Life !!!!!!!!!!! You Guys Rock !!!

Caliber Collision - Northpark Blvd Alcoa TN I am not one to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately it is obvious that my vehicle will not be finished so I have decided to summarize my experience in hopes of helping others avoid having an experience like myself. My repair was on a 2011 Nissan Xterra Pro4X - the Caliber employee I dealt with was Peter. I chose Caliber Collision over my local body shop simply out of convenience to my job, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The original repair process started off well, and I was given frequent text updates which was appreciated.Unfortunately, each time the repair date came close, it would be extended because they needed to order more parts, insurance, etc. The initial repair was completely a few weeks later than planned, but I can understand that some things cannot be controlled.Since my insurance only covered 30 days for the rental, I ended up paying ~$350 to extend my first rental. Finally, after six weeks, I was asked to pick up the vehicle just before closing so I wasn't able to really inspect the work until I got home. Immediately, there were several obvious issues pertaining to the quality of work that I will summarize briefly:1. Missing plastic body fasteners in the engine bay. 2. Obvious silver over-spray on the window (amazed at how this could be overlooked considering it was washed prior to pick up).3.Passenger door gap was off on both sides and the door hinges could be seen in broad daylight. (initially I was told that it was due to the aftermarket fender, and then told that car door hinges do not adjust...laughable).4. The positive battery terminal was missing the cover that was broken during the accident (important to protect factory fuses on that particular trim). 5. One plastic cover next to the hinges was not fully installed and actually found to be broken after I arrived home. 6. The radio would not pick up a single radio station - I was told that the entire dash had to be removed to complete the initial repair. No issues prior to the repair. 7. The vehicle fuse box (broken during the accident) was remounted with an incorrect part, which allowed the fuse box to flop around unsecured. I was quick to send all of these issues (with pictures) directly to Peter within two hours of receiving the vehicle. Another two weeks went by before I was able to drop the vehicle off again to finish the repairs. I was assured this could be completed in 1 day (to minimize additional rental costs). I made sure to review with Peter the open items to make sure that nothing was overlooked. This is where I became really frustrated... because at the end of day I was informed that the repairs had not been done, because they were still waiting for parts to be ordered... or that the wrong part was ordered... the story seemed to change. Finally, after 3 days and another $100 spent on a rental, I was told it was complete. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Peter bragged that everything was done, and that the insurance agent was even there writing up another vehicle so there was nothing for me to worry about. The fact that my keys were tossed to me and I wasn't walked out to make sure I was satisfied with my repair immediately told me something was wrong. Upon quick inspection, the door still wasn't adjusted, the radio still wasn't picking up stations, and amazingly the parts for the fuse box that I waited weeks to get, were literally broken and GLUED together. After showing the obvious lack of quality to Peter, he hurriedly pulled all of the glue off of the parts and threw it in the grass beside the vehicle. Then when he noticed that the part was broken, it was pointed out to me as if to imply that maybe I ran out and broke it myself in the minute I was inspecting my car. I showed this to the insurance adjuster who was still on site, and Peter pretended to have no idea what could have happened, until I picked the pieces of glue up and showed to the adjuster. Peter would not offer to fix the repair a third time, and instead insisted that I take my vehicle

Driving from Nashville back to Knoxville my drivers side wheel just breaks off and down the ditch we go in Crossville. ABRA Alcoa highway kept us informed. They contacted me when they had the truck towed in to their facility. They kept in contact with me over the time my vehicle was there. My car was there for only 6 days. I would highly recommend ABRA to anyone! Thank you Brandon for going the extra mile and the great customer service!
