Was in today for service and once again - the staff goes above and beyond!!My salesman Kevin Coffman always stops to say hi and ask if everything is going good with my car and the service department is always on top of everything- today my service advisor was Joe and he was very thorough and got me out in good time !!!I’m sure the guys in the bank actually doing the service need a pat on the back as well I’ve never had a problem that didn’t get taken care of !Thank you all so very much - you are all appreciated!!

Completed the recall sooner than what I was told. My only complaint is -you offer coffee and a limited number of snacks. Most other dealers offer sodas and water at no charge.

Came in for a B1 service. Oil change and extensive routine checks. Everyone was very friendly, super polite, wonderful customer service. Car running great. Put on missing valve stem cover that fell off or whatever from last time. They’re my go-to for my 10th Gen Accord.

We had a bit of a hiccup with our tire service, but as soon as we brought it to our service managers attention, she was on it to get it fixed and to make it convenient on us. The service manager was easy and pleasant to work with. Thank you Hannah for taking care of us!

My first visit to Airport Honda, and I have to say, it's been a long time since I've had a better car service experience. For starters, I was able to book an appointment on-line for the very next day! Appointments at my other providers, even for simple stuff like oil changes and tire rotation had to be booked weeks in advance. They were ready for me when I got there, clearly explained their multi-point inspection that would accompany my oil change and set me up in their comfortable waiting area. I was impressed that one of the team members made it a point to come out to the waiting area and explain to those waiting in-person how things were going with the schedule in general then answer any customer-specific questions. A representative came and got me when my car was done, took me to the cashier's counter then escorted me to my vehicle. At no time was I ever left wondering what was going on or where I was expected to go. A completely stress-free experience.

The turbocharger on my Honda Accord had went out. The whole ordeal was very stressful from having to be towed to the shop and dealing with the unexpected expense. Once I arrived the service advisor Hannah made the rest of the matter an absolute breeze. She was very accommodating, made me feel comfortable, and reassured me that everything was going to be fixed properly and in an efficient manner. She handled everything professionally and even went as far as communicating with the warranty company which helped me financially in the long run. Coupled with Hannah’s wonderful customer service skills and the mechanics attention to detail, I was returned with a smooth running vehicle. To make matters even better, I had noticed upon the return of my vehicle that it had been cleaned and was as shiny as a new penny.

I think Honda has a wonderful setup of service. I never have to worry about communication. This time I was not impressed with their service and options. I brought a vehicle with 108,000 miles on it that was riding a little rough and I was told I had 2 options. Replace the plugs for $600 or rebuild the engine for $6,100. I was made to feel ignorant when I didn't choose to rebuild the engine of my vehicle. When I chose the plug route they appeared to not care as much about the fix. I spent $2500 in June and now they tried to get me to spend another $6100. I will be finding another mechanic to work on my Honda.

Airport Honda in Alcoa is THE BEST! During a recent international trip, they met me at the service desk, drove me to the airport, stored my car several weeks, then on the day of my return, they dropped it off at the airport and sent me a text message telling me exactly where it was located. GREAT SERVICE!Also, during a recent repair, I had the chance to see the service manager Kylie. She was professional, courteous and went to get lengths to make sure I got quality service and was very satisfied. I especially appreciate her meeting me at my car and making sure I was happy with the result. This is the kind of service that makes customers want to buy ALL their vehicles from Airport Honda.
