I recently switched service from T-Mobile to Boost and the service is by far better! Cierra, the Boost store representative, was phenomenal to work with. She exemplifies professionalism, product knowledge and at the same time, friendly! Cierra went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got the phones we wanted and that our service was transferred. My husband had difficulty with transferring his service from his former provider to Boost, he was transferred from person to person but once Cierra got involved she worked her magic and presto, it got transferred! I highly recommend this store and working with Cierra! The store owner truly has a gem of an employee and I recommend increasing her rate of pay and commission!

Cierra, at the Calderwood Drive location, did such an awesome job! Her attitude was great and her kindness made such a difference! She stayed way over her closing time just to help us with an issue we had after starting new service! This location, hands down, is the best since West and East Broadway switched owners! I miss that family! Cierra made our experience with Boost great again!!

(Aug 2023) Let's look past all the other reviews for a moment.Cierra is a gift to Boost and Boost could not be lucky enough to have such a dedicated employee working for them.I had to port a line from a business ATT account to Boost for one of my employees. This was a troublesome process as there were multiple attempts by another boost store on Clinton Hwy, and Cricket, but without success.I started by calling Boost port #, but I was told by the gentlemen that "This cannot be fixed on our end, you will have to go to a local Boost store to fix this issue" which BLEW my mind that a tech desk put the trust of its front-end employees to fix an issue that they should have been able to remote.I went into this store and worked with Cierra for two days, this was a complex issue. She found that there were 3 stuck ports requests in their system and then worked with Boost port department to delete those bad requests. My employee attempted to port to Cricket as the previous 3 attempts with boost failed. The Boost port department, with Cierra's request called the porting department for Cricket and the found another request that was stuck on Crickets systems. After clearing ALL port requests that where stuck between Boost and Cricket, we were successful in porting my employees' phone # from ATT to Boost.Cierra went so far out of her way; no other person would ever do this. She is amazing. For being one employee at this store, she is a giant among men/woman.Her dedication to this company and her customers deserves a just reward and I really hope she receives that reward.I will always recommend anyone looking for prepaid services to this store for Cierra.11/10

I went to this location to activate my phone because I needed help. I entered the store with my fiancé and this woman is not in uniform, has children screaming, crying and running around the store, and was very rude towards us ever since we came in. She asks us rudely, “can I help you?” in an aggravated tone, as if we aren’t supposed to even be there. My fiancé explains to her why we need help,!and she states we need to pay money to activate a phone, which we have now learned that we do not, according to Boost Mobile’s customer service line we had contacted after this experience. My fiancé asks what the money is for and she says, “just for me to activate it.” He elaborates if we need a new SIM card for the phone, where now, she is TOO BUSY with her kids and doesn’t answer the question. She gets restless and says, and I quote, “if you don’t wanna pay me to activate it, then y'all can do it y’all’s selves.” Unbelievable. We walked out in the end with no activated phone, and with no knowledge on how to activate it ourselves. She just wanted us out so she can babysit her children. I saw a review with a similar experience to this 11 months ago from the time of this review. So good to know this location does NOT care about their customers at all, and does not discipline their employees. This is not only unprofessional, but the absolute WORST customer service I have ever had. I will never be returning to this location. This location seems to be in need of new employees AND a new manager.

Went in just to have a sim card to work on an galaxy s21 from and Iphone 7 plus. The sim card was already swapped over by myself but there is no signal until you add it to a plan. I was told it would be 35 dollars just to do this. Called customer service and they told me we could do it online for free and this store shouldn't be asking for payment for this. Meanwhile the employee there was on the phone with someone to come pick up her children that were running around the store for about 5 minutes. She was very keen on just getting me and my fiance out of the door.

The employees working here are great. It's just the owner that is an absolute displeasure to work with. I would suggest other boost locations until the owner gets his head on straight. Supporting this location is not advised.

The worker was uninformed and rude. She had to keep calling someone to ask questions and ended the calls with "ok I love you." It was unprofessional.

Worst location in town. Waited for almost 30 minutes only to be told they have no sim cards. Every time I've visited this location it takes forever to get the help you need if one calls it help at all.

Website says closes at 7. Walked in and she said they closed at 6. It was 5.55. Whats the point of having hours posted if youre not going to use them. Every time i come here my issue is never resolved. I guess 4th time is the charm. Also its never the same person twice. The lady was parked in the fire lane and ready to go. She left before i could finish posting this at 601.

She was rude, insulting and had her 2+/- yr old there which is a usual thing unless the father has off. I was trying to put more lines on my account and the child took off with 2 of my phones and threw one of them. She told me I didn't know what I was reading in an email Boost sent me and she knew her job, as it turned out I knew what I was reading in the email, she didn't know her job. Given the choice of going back to that store or buying 4 new phones and switching companies, know of any good deals on phones?

Free phones when you switch. Wow grey deals on phones. Worth visiting if your phone is broken or if you pay relatively more.$90 for 3 lines? Unimaginable.
