My technician was Curtis. He was on time and identified the issue with my oven immediately. He had the door off, racks removed and bottom pan out in a heartbeat. A new heating element was installed and then he replaced the pan racks and door and it was over in 30 minutes. Terrific service and a fair price. Very pleased.

Went here needing a simple part. Explained to them the noise the machine was making and was in and out in five minutes. Part fit perfectly and he even explained to me how to get to said part. 10/10 great people
