“I have to say another amazing experience at the Home Depot. We came to get pavers for our project.. we needed a lot. We asked for a cart, after hearing the quantity they said no they will load them for us. They went way above and beyond what they needed to do. Leigh & Lillian are legit amazing. This store has been nothing but positive experiences”

This location, the Sevierville location, and Maryville location are all about 15-25 min from my house but I always choose this one because it's way less stressful to me than going across the street where it's always busy at lowes (also H Dizzy 4 ever 🤘)”

“Update: I went to them with the unsanitary watch and pictures in hand today. The situation was rectified in a manner of minutes. I was given a replacement and an assurance that there would be a serious conversation with the in house GS about sanitation and proper handling of merchandise before it is sent for sale. The customer service rep and manager were very professional about the whole ordeal. Of Which I appreciate.”

“My couch that I was renting from Aaron’s broke when I sat on it. It was a piece of preowned furniture that had a rip. Well they use a 3rd party company for that type of repair. They couldn’t come out for over a month, then when they did show up they were 2 hours past the given window and were inside my home for less than 5 minutes. All the ‘repair man’ said was “it’s broke, I’ll let them know”. The store said that there was nothing they could do because the company wrote it was caused by ‘abuse of property’. However after asking to speak to the GM they chose to pay off my contract for me! It went from a very bad experience to a 5 star. Will definitely recommend Aaron’s again”
