I wanted to thank Elizabeth who works in pharmacy and the Pharmacist who helped me yesterday trying to get my husbands medicine. They took time to get it straightened out. Elizabeth has a smile that will make you happy even if your having a cruddy morning.

Don’t bother trying to contact this location. Cannot speak to anyone to just ask simple questions of product availability. CVS may reduce costs by not letting you speak to anyone but do they realize they created a horrible customer experience. Will never shop here.

If you call the pharmacy, the automated voice system will not connect you to anyone. It says it will but then hangs up. If you try to call the store the same thing happens. It is impossible to call and speak to a human. If you select the option to leave a voicemail it hangs up on you.

This CVS has vastly improved over the last 3 or so years in all areas. The pharmacy has made a complete turn around and is super. The pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly.... even when busy. The store staff are as helpful and friendly as well. They never seem put out or bothered if i have a question or need assistance. Management should be proud of the major improvement this CVS has made!

5 stars for Julie. I dropped off a disposable camera 2 months ago and it has yet to come back. Julie contacted the company that processes the film to find out what the issue is. She has stayed completely on top of it and has stayed in communication with me with every update. I really appreciate her going the extra mile. Thanks!

CVS on Kingston Pike is a great place to stop in for a pharmacy item, a quick snack or to deposit cash in your Capital One account. Highly recommend

I can see now. Why cvs on mall road and hall road
Don't have many stars. Very rude to work in the pharmacy department. And you better hope you don't have a question. Cause thet are rude and you can tell they dint want to be talking to you. A easy question. Like can I have my doctor fax my meds over. And just to save you from rude people that work their. No you can not.

I understand wanting a line of customers to be taken care of more quickly, but the approach of a manager coming out from behind the counter and dictating people to go to self-checkout is not acceptable. If we wanted to do self-checkout, we would go to that line.

Staff was friendly and store was well stocked. The sale items I wanted to purchase were available.
