“We had a terrible situation with my phone on Tuesday. I left it on the back of my truck and left the house. To make a long story short, wom one found and took off with it. We tracked it to Townsend and the person who took removed my case and screen protector and crushed it when they realized they were caught. I own my own business and everything I need is on that phone. The thought of having to purchase another phone was sickening. Then I talked to Nicholas at this Batteries plus. Can't say enough about his professionalism and courtesy. He immediately said he could help. Just bring in the phone. Turns out they had the OEM screen I needed. Upon arriving at the store, he informed me that that screen was being sent back to the manufacturer. Well, he already had a plan. He was able to move some things around and there was a screen coming in in an hour or two and he would get right on it. Needless to say within two hours phone is tested, repaired and I had it back. What a relief. It would have been a nightmare but Nicholas' professional approach customer service skills prevailed. And the price was much more reasonable than any other outfit we contacted. “My iphone 11 pro max got the dreaded perpetual reset. It had been one year since i backed up my phone and i couldnt access anything to back it up. I was in danger of losing everything from the past year; photos, contacts, memes, everything. The last thing i googled was "why does my phone keep rebooting?" It said my battery needed to be replaced. So i took it to CPR paid $220 for a new screen and battery. Problem was gone for a week then came back. I took off work to get to cpr at 3:30 before they closed and told dewayne the problem. He was very empathetic and very determined to help since i was considered his customer. He stayed an hour after closing diagnosing my phone swapping out his parts looking for a fault and found the problem. It was a faulty speaker cable. Luckily he had one in stock from another parts 11 pro max. He gave me a discount on the used part because i was already a customer and installed it for free. Phone has been great ever since and i went home and backed it up immediately. Super grateful for dewayne holloway and cpr. Dont know many owners that would go that above and beyond for their customers. Super cool guy.”
