“My iphone 11 pro max got the dreaded perpetual reset. It had been one year since i backed up my phone and i couldnt access anything to back it up. I was in danger of losing everything from the past year; photos, contacts, memes, everything. The last thing i googled was "why does my phone keep rebooting?" It said my battery needed to be replaced. So i took it to CPR paid $220 for a new screen and battery. Problem was gone for a week then came back. I took off work to get to cpr at 3:30 before they closed and told dewayne the problem. He was very empathetic and very determined to help since i was considered his customer. He stayed an hour after closing diagnosing my phone swapping out his parts looking for a fault and found the problem. It was a faulty speaker cable. Luckily he had one in stock from another parts 11 pro max. He gave me a discount on the used part because i was already a customer and installed it for free. Phone has been great ever since and i went home and backed it up immediately. Super grateful for dewayne holloway and cpr. Dont know many owners that would go that above and beyond for their customers. Super cool guy.”

“We have been with US Cellular for 7 years and was leaving to go another company until we met Tim Daniels. Tim is a amazing person and just meeting and dealing with him today made us stay. He’s such a nice person and easy to work with and helped us pick out new phones and accessories we needed. “I went to the Alcoa Tenn AT&T store last night to have my previously lost cellphone reactivated. It was very close (about 15 minutes) to their closing time so I was afraid that they would ask us to come back another time. They had 3 associates working and all 3 were busy working with other customers. Within a few minutes one of them was finished and immediately approached us to see what she could do for us. We explained that I had lost my phone for a few months and had been using an older IPhone in the meantime and wanted to reactivate my lost phone. She was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. She only had a couple of questions and within MINUTES she had my phone reactivated and working as good as new!!! I was so very happy. She did NOT pressure me to buy any accessories or increase/change my plan or anything. But more impressive to me was that she did not charge me ANYTHING for the transaction!! “I have been to this Walmart Supercenter several times. At one time, it was one of the most admired Walmarts in East Tennessee. Me and my friends would stop here before going to the Smoky Mountains to camp out for the weekend. It has some really good restaurants to eat at that are in its parking lot or close by. There's a Hooters and Chick Fi La in the parking lot and across the street is a Cracker Barrel. Service has always been the best while shopping here. I highly recommend coming here.”

“I recently switched service from T-Mobile to Boost and the service is by far better! Cierra, the Boost store representative, was phenomenal to work with. She exemplifies professionalism, product knowledge and at the same time, friendly! Cierra went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got the phones we wanted and that our service was transferred. My husband had difficulty with transferring his service from his former provider to Boost, he was transferred from person to person but once Cierra got involved she worked her magic and presto, it got transferred! I highly recommend this store and working with Cierra!The store owner truly has a gem of an employee and I recommend increasing her rate of pay and commission!”
