Place is run down and very dark and dirty not very inviting! I've been to a lot of Goodwill's and this one is not very well taken care of. I will say the employees were very nice and attentive.

This store does sell a lot of junk but the clothes and prices are decent if you really dig. There is no sizing organization even though they have labels and sections for sizes so be prepared to stay awhile. I got a nice reclining couch for $150 as well. Still a bit pricey for a free donation and I'd rather buy used than new but I digress. They let me prepurchase said couch and held it for me until the next day. Three gentlemen helped us load it. The store is a bit dingy and dirty with no public restroom. When the restrooms were open they were super gross anyways.

Something needs to be done to address the drop -off area because it's disgusting. It was honestly hard to even drive by on the road with all the litter everywhere. Moreover, I have never had anyone offer me a receipt at drop-off or offer any assistance. KARM has a much better system with someone always outside to immediately process the items.

While shopping with my small child, he told me he had to go potty. We entered through a doorway clearly posted Restroom No merchandise beyond this point. We were chased down by a woman yelling No at us and to get out. She escorted us out of the area like we were in some kind of trouble and said no public restrooms. I explained my error and showed her the posting and she said she didn’t care what it said, it was obviously and error. I don’t appreciate being yelled at while shopping. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

Terrible customer service and management. They allow 7 day returns but lock doors early. So even tho they are standing in the store with customers still shopping they won't open the door so you can make a return. I called and she would not open the door. Pathetic. It even days they close at 6 on the doors. I will never come here again.

Do not go here! Did some community service here and was treated like a dog. They said I disrespected there employees for being honest (sad) and then shorted me on my hours. I was told to hang clothes that were dirty and gross, I would never buy here. This place needs better management!

I found a great deal on a treadmill and I happen to be on my lunch break and was unable to take it with me at that time. Theresa was a big help and placed a hold ticket on it until my husband and I could come back the following morning to pick it up. She even helped us move it and get it into our car. Thanks so much!

Great place but i walked in and walked around and they told me i had to leave because they closed at 5:30. Well why wasn't the door locked if they were closed?

This store has always had very nice employees despite some pricier items and has been an occasional stop on my thrifting list for some time- but I want to put out a warning. The dressing rooms have very small curtains that don't cover the door very well or do much to prevent people from walking in.There was a guy (baseball hat, camo jacket, neon shirt - I can't remember his face) on Friday night that was talking to me close to closing that ended up walking into my dressing room twice to try and ask "if he had left something" and "if he could change in here instead" when he heard me fidgeting and trying on clothes. The store itself has always been decent to me- but the dressing rooms are something I think they need to fix/address before I will feel comfortable coming back here and trying things on again.
