“The staff is knowledgeable and happy to help you. The cigar lounge has started offering mints and chocolate while you visit as well as hot coffee and waters . The only way this would be better is it the staff could sit and smoke with you. Bowen and dan will go out of their way to help you find a old favorite or a new smoke 💨 as well as listen to you about your day”

“These guys were awesome! Was buying for a wedding and they were super helpful. Though we didn't have time to utilize all their expertise... they said they had a staff member that would help estimate quantities and order exactly what we needed (we were buying too close to the wedding date to take advantage of this)... they took great care of us. They boxed up my large purchase and helped me load it into my car. If you're looking for a liquor store, go here!”
“Nice store, nice staff. Prices are reasonable, no crazy markups like some other stores in town.
Selection can vary. Sometimes, they'll have nice allocated bottles, sometimes it can be relatively thin. Still, a great stop for regular needs.”

“I had an absolute great experience at Northshore Liquor and Wine. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. The atmosphere was welcoming, and even the other patrons were easygoing and friendly, which made the visit even better.
What really stood out was the level of customer service—the staff went out of their way to check for a bottle of Weller 12 Year for me and even took my number to follow up if it comes in. That kind of effort is rare and definitely appreciated.

“You know guys I just moved to this part of town and EZ is close to me so I go there quite often today I ordered through doordash and they sent the wrong kind of vodka. I had a friend coming over she was a little upsetting. First I contacted my Dasher and she said call the store so I did. They put me on hold, my girlfriend said hey we'll make do no biggie even though she hates grapefruit vodka. So I hung up while on hold. That couple took the time even though I hung up to get with doordash and make things right. I got to call a lot 5 minutes later and everything's being taken care of. So yeah not only a great place to go for your spirits. But the story also shows what just a little patience and compassion for an easily made mistake, can come right back around and kiss you on the cheek. I was delighted to hear about the recent opening of Lakeshore Wine and Spirits in the heart of our upscale neighborhood, and its precisely the kind of establishment we have been missing. “Decent liquor store with a wide selection of items, but pricing was not consistent until I reviewed our receipt. A bottle of Bourbon was a mere $4.50, while a 6-pack of Ale8 was $15.99. Be sure to verify pricing before payment”
“I got what I needed. I did not find all that I was looking for. I found the employees to be courteous taking my items to the truck, which was helpful and I did not have to ask. Prices are comparable to other liquor stores. I came here for convenience to the area I was visiting, I left satisfied. Would I come here again purposefully, not sure.”

“I found Prohibition has a great variety of alcohol to choose from at a decent-to-very-nice price. If you like flavored, sweet cream moonshine (offset by the spice - the new moonshines are unbearably sweet), I'd recommend Sugarlands pumpkin spice latte flavor. At least as late as December 23, they had it in stock more often than many local liquor stores. If you like smooth but down-to-business, potent chardonnay, I recommend Martha's Chard, offered at one of the best prices in town (at least as late as Feb. 2024) .A note: if you don't like political discourse as one review mentioned, yes, I suppose employees shouldn't pursue you about it. But it takes two to tango, and people have opposing views everywhere you go. Even those darned employees all around you when you're shopping;)”
