They deserve 0 stars. They stole money and are very rude. They charged my debit card and gave me no gas. They said the money would be put back on and it still isn't. They don't answer the phone. I was at the ER at Blount Memorial Hospital and I went to this gas station be cause it was the only one open on my way home to Knoxville. I was lucky to make it home and not run out of gas. And they didn't even say sorry. I'm super upset and I want my money back!!!! This place is horrible and they're bad people. Stealing is wrong!!!

I give 5 stars because of customer service and the store is always clean. Very nice and respectful staff. Heading north on Alcoa Highway this is normally my first stop for immediate needs. Gas and/or snacks ? Small convenience store and atm available.

Easy to get in and out. Always stocked and clean. It is located on Alcoa highway so however you do need to be cautious when you enter onto the highway.?

I let the cashier know politely that the bathroom was not clean. It was so disgusting that I cringed. The bathroom door doesn't lock. I know I locked the door behind me but a guy had opened the door while I was drying my hands.
