“Recently went to Office Depot on Kingston Pike for Office Supplies. I remember when they first opened the doors at this location, I have been shopping there many times. The before school shopping time and the Tax Free weekend that TN offers, my only advise is to get there early because they run out of things. Been there, was not fun. But besides that time, they keep the store well stocked the rest of the year. They do tend to keep up with Technology changes as well when it comes to computers that they sale. I personally like filling my needs for Writing implements & Office Supplies here. For the most part the Staff is friendly, however the guy that walks around the store wearing his Air Pods, well he is not helpful at all. I asked him a question as he walked right past me, he apparently did not hear me. I followed and asked again but another staffer saw that I was asking for help and helped me, she also apologized to me for her co-workers rude behavior. I did complain about the other person to her. Otherwise, I have not had an extremely bad experience there.”

“We recently had our business PC go out and my wife is a therapist who works from home and relies on her PC. So, it happened without warning and I checked our local Alcoa Office Depot and saw that they'd what I needed. I went and inquired about the one I needed. Tammy was available and took her time out to answer questions for me and walk back to retrieve our new Dell PC. She was very helpful and kind, even though they were busy. I felt very cared for. Again, after getting the PC I realized our printer didn't support our new PC operating system. So, I called and inquired about a printer that would work. I went down and once again Tammy helped me get what I needed. She has such a good, friendly, professional attitude. I unfortunately got home and setup the new printer only to realize the feeder wasn't working. So, I went back to exchange it for one that worked. The staff was excellent and apologetic for the issue. I felt very cared for and listened to. They got another printer and took care of me. Tammy, once again was involved and was very helpful. It's really nice doing business in a store where people care about their customers.”
