“UPDATE: 3/18/2026 My apologies to the Maryville, TN store. I expected Office Depot to route the online order to the nearest store. They did not do as I expected. I retrieved the mailing label to respond to Office Depots store and discovered that the website sent the order to a store in Atlanta, GA. I have updated my stars for the Maryville store and placed the appropriate review to the GA store.

Original review (because I have to reference it when I contact Office Depot as requested): Ordered copies online the morning of 3/14/2026. Order number 457840254-001. Had them delivered and received them today, 3/17. Worst job ever. Every stapled copy was collated incorrectly and had to have the staple removed, papers put in the proper order and stapled again. Use the facility, but do the copies yourself. It's the only way you know it will be done correctly the first time. Oh, and one of the jobs was to be in color and was printed in black & white (I guess I do have to make a trip to the store)”
