This has to be the worst Regions I have ever been in. The ladies are to the point of being rude. I won't walk through their doors again. I'd rather drive farther and get decent service.

This is a great branch! Never too busy and the staff are always very friendly and courteous. I feel like they remember who I am and I enjoy the relationship I have built with them.

They want to charge $5 to cash a check from a loan company that banks with them. It has been free every time I have done it before. Also the guy waiting on me was trying to force me to wear a mask saying it is policy. First of all no its not, the governor of Tennessee lifted the mask mandate so you cannot enforce it. Also, there was two other customers in there with no mask on and it wasn't being forced on them. Why was I secluded? He then proceeded to ask me a bunch of nonsense questions about having a temperature or traveling out of the country. Even if any of this did apply I'm not going to share my personal business with a bank teller anyway. Anyway I decided to take my business elsewhere and got it cashed for free. I will not use regions or recommend them to anyone based on the amount of harassment I recieved today.

Unlikely to help you with anything. Was under the impression that I closed an account on my parents estate back in 2016 just to get a letter saying that there was still money there...how can there be money in a closed account? The wanted me to get a letter from the Justice center (not the court house that they directed me to) that cost $111 (bank claimed it would be no more than $10) and I didn't even need as per the letter of Administration from probate court that I had already obtained, as well as the death certificates. They could not be bothered with reading of official court documents. Poor customer service from all of the parties that I dealt with at this particular branch. My parents died in 2014 and this matter should have been dealt with 6 years ago instead of today. I would not have known about the additional $3,600 had Corporate not sent me a letter stating it was going to be turned over to unclaimed property. Shame on this branch. Pathetic management and tellers. Funny thing is I went to a different branch and they were more than helpful. Turns out i wasted my time jumping through this branches hoops and hurdles when I didn't even need to. This bank branch is untrustworthy and deceptive. I ONLY NEEDED MY LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION INSTEAD OF THE SMALL CLAIMES AFFIDAVITS THAT THEY TRIED TO FORCE ME TO SPEND $111 ON INSTEAD OF GIVING UP WHAT WAS RIGHTFULLY OWED WITH MY LEGAL LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION! (Bank has copies of all paperwork as per opening the estate account in 2014)For a bank you are a rip off and how dare you take advantage of people. Anybody reading this please consider a different bank, well unless you want to get jerked around and funds kept from you.May I also mention when I went to the Justice Center to get the affidavit this branch asked for, after showing the clerk my paperwork, she rolled her eyes and said, let me guess Regions is giving you the run around.

I just had the lady behind the window throw my card at me for no reason. All I asked to do is add a little bit of money to my account. I won't be using this Regions again.

I opened an account with Andrea at this location and it was quick and easy. She did a fantastic job of figuring out my banking needs and educated me on services that I wasn't even aware of. If you are looking for a new bank/banker...I would highly recommend Andrea and Regions!

My paychecks from work regions checks, so i cashed them there every week. I waited a long time before opening an account. I went to the branch on calderwood st. In alcoa, the farrport branch and the one on the corner or kingston pike and ebenezer rd. I was impressed with how well the service was at all 3 places. Ive had not a single bad experience while banking there
