Phillip Malach was my rep to open a new account. His level of professionalism and overall recommendations were realistic l, and time efficient based on my situation. And offered recommendations based on our conversation that I will thoroughly be taking when the time comes. The wait time to see him was a bit long, like 15-20 min... But the level of service I received was well worth the wait.

I hate going to this particular branch and having to get Rafael. He’s always asking personal questions. And its not even friendly questions. He makes me feel uncomfortable. He does this to every lady going there. Just because he’s bilingual he thinks he’s all that. Giving girls his personal number to meet with him and he can help you with anything at the bank even disputing over draft fees. To even tell you he even knows my birthday. Saying we have the same birthday

I went into the bank today and need a lot of bank statements almost a years worth. Rafael was great he printed out everything I needed and put them in a folder for me. His professionalism and help was great, which obviously extends from his 33 years in the Marine Corps. Thanks again Sgt Major!

Worst bank in Alcoa!!! Absolutely worse customer service I've ever had!!!! Lady sitting at window in drive thru is ridiculously SLOW!!!! Management needs to take notice of their customers leaving to go to other banks!!

I don't understand why they don't ever have enough tellers 1/2 the time their ATM machine isn't working. Friday afternoon one employee working two lanes in drive thru omg my whole lunch was used just to make a deposit

Moved Hawaii to Alcoa area in Tennessee. Tried to open an account with CBBC, with a cashiers check from Hawaii. They made it so difficult to even start the process (due to overly strict proof of address). I asked a few people who they bank with and they all said Regions. Jennifer Myers, at Midland Shopping Center, helped me open the accounts I needed and gave me excellent financial advise. Every branch should have a woman like her. Men speak with women in a different way and she made me very comfortable opening my accounts there. I’m 68 and retired. My bank on Maui never bothered to help me understand the best accounts that would work for me. I see myself being a long time, loyal, customer at Regions.

Worst bank I’ve ever used. So inconsiderate and inconsistent. Having to wait until the next day on a check I brought in at 11 am is ridiculous. Never use it and if you do there’s also no point in calling they won’t answer.

This is truly small town banking at its finest, but if you need any financial service whatsoever they can provide it.The tellers will get to know you (and you them). The management knows your business because they are part of the community as well. But if you need something more sophisticated, it is only a phone call or a couple of keystrokes away.

Teller never said Hello, just "you want to cash this" They charge even though the check is from their bank. Was very rude when questioned about the charge. Teller got someone else who was just as rude. No thank you, no "sorry" just go to your own bank!! Well my own bank will never be Regions!!!!
