2nd time going to this Shoney's and it is still in the top of the list. It may be slightly dated on the inside, but the food and service is still amazing.

Shoneys is ALWAYS the place to go for down home hospitality, good food and good prices. I will always remember ny Shoney breakfasts, dinners and late night ice cream trips!

We arrived 1/2 hour before breakfast stopped. The food was good. The only thing is the sweet tea was weak (I had to add more sugar-it also seems that all Shoney's sweet teas are weak), and the French toast were hard. The waitress was nice.

One of the cleaner buffets I've been to. Nice employees. Moderately busy. Only bad thing is that it is on one of the busiest and dangerous roads around. ? overall Good Experience, I would recommend this place.?

This is the best food I had in the 3 days I was in the area to visit the smokies - that includes Knoxville, Gatlinburg, and Pidgin

Courtney was our waitress. She was sweet and attentive. Breakfast was great! Had large glass of OJ. Went through meat buffet line. Yes! Bacon and sausage and scrambled eggs. Tasty! Breakfast potatoes also.

Sadly the food wasn't as good as it usually is. But wait staff sure made up for anything lacking

Probably my last trip to Shoneys. I was set in a back corner and completely forgotten about. I saw my server twice and the second time was me waiting before I left. It was Easter Sunday and the buffet was more expensive, but it did not have anything special or different to justify the price. It was not very busy but there were many dirty tables and I don't think there was any organization to the seating.

My family and I used the salad and lunch bar for Easter. The food was plentiful, and there were various choices. However, I feel the lunch bar could have been warmer. The server was fabulous. She didn't hover, but she did come out enough to let us know she was paying attention to us and refilled our drinks.Parking: The Alcoa Hwy location has several parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: There are several wheelchair accessible spots.

The millennial that took my order never brought my drink. Playing on her phone was more important. I could broke windows with the biscuits and the cornbread. The food on the bar was mostly cold . And they want $13.99 not from me again!

You don't come here for looks or atmosphere. Not even once. But the food is solid. Buffets are the best value you're going to get these days. Honestly the best biscuits I've ever had. The girls working here are all super nice.

The food on the food bar wasn't fresh. The salad bar was great though. They have plenty of parking and this would be a great place for folks to meet up with family or friends.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking for handicapped people and tables are situated so it would be easy to pull a wheelchair up to them.
