So far so good. We have only had the car for several days. The purchasing process was as good as I could have expected from trade in to final deal. The car we purchased was for my wife as primary driver. Jeremy Williams was courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions from the onset of this purchase, beginning with just driving on the lot and leaving; to the purchase of the vehicle, explaining all of the advanced technological features on the car. All, is not accurate, at least the first session of explanations was presented in a very understanding way to my lovely 76 year wife. Again, no question went unanswered. So far a commendable place to do business.Hopefully, the service department and follow up training appointments will be just as admirable.

Alex Miller was my car salesman at Rick McGill's Toyota and he was absolutely great! Very nice, polite, and honest. He was not pushy, which you get a lot of at car lots. I appreciate his help. Go see him!

We highly recommend Rick McGill Toyota. Hanna is the absolute best sales person we have ever met. We have purchased 2 vehicles from her and she has made the experience fun and easy. Make sure to ask for Hanna, she will treat you like family and take care to find the perfect vehicle for you. She continues her customer care even after the purchase. You can tell really she cares about her customers.

By far the best vehicle purchase experience we've ever encountered from start to finish! Audrey was personable, polite, patient, and professional. We never felt pressured, the entire staff (sales, leadership, financing, and detailing/prep) was willing to answer any and all questions, and the transaction went smoothly. I visited 3 Toyota dealerships and this was the ONLY one that took me seriously and went the distance in order to find me exactly what I wanted. Nick Creamer was thorough and informative and kept me updated every step of the way. He even stayed after his shift was over in order to explain the details of my new car and to fill up the tank. GREAT dealership!

Thanks for working with me to get my new jeep! Brianna was the first to meet me when I got there. She was softspoken and worked hard to make sure everything was going right for me. I enjoyed it because it was a nice change from some sales people that come off as pushy or always trying to up sale so I appreciate that. When I came back the second day, Chris helped me look at the jeep again and get the paperwork started so I could get in and out quickly. They were both super helpful during my purchase and helped me get in and out so I had all day to drive and show off my new car.

We went to Rick McGill’s Airport Toyota after having a horrible experience with a salesperson at another dealership being dishonest and even rude. When we arrived at Rick McGill’s we met Hannah. She was our salesperson and she was absolutely amazing along with everyone else we encountered through our entire purchasing process. We always felt welcome, respected, and received honest information from Hannah, and the general manager. I plan to return to Rick McGill’s for my next vehicle purchase and even recommended them to my family and friends.

If I could give a. Zero star I would.. background.. we have moved to the area permanently.. with coming down and moving we brought our vehicles.. they are in excellent condition and we have always had a close friend maintain our vehicles and do the oil changes. He is a mechanic. We came to this location with our Toyota tundra that needed an oil change.. all set we dropped it off and shortly after we get a call.. they can't do the oil change.. "it's too rusty and we are afraid we will break something and we don't have the parts to repair it".. are you serious? Because there was rust.. rust on the undercarriage due to the salt roads of north east USA they will not service our vehicle. Their suggestion was to go to a quick oil change place. We took our car to a local repair man and he said all the parts came off easily. Yes there was rust but he said it didn't affect the oil change. I will never use this dealership again..and I will warn all north transplants to go elsewhere.. lost our money for service calls and for future buying.

Hannah was very nice and helped me get the dream car I've always wanted. She took the time and explained everything on the 4 runner and even set up my Bluetooth. I would highly recommend this place of business if you're looking to purchase a Toyota! And again ask for Hannah she's amazing!!

We traded in a 2016 Highlander Limited and purchased a 2021 Highlander Limited at Rick McGill Airport Toyota on airport road in Alcoa, Tn. We realized on the way home that we had made a mistake. The wind noise, seat comfort, and overall poorer quality became more obvious as we drove. Also, they did not show us how to use any of the features to customize this vehicle before we left. My wife started crying before we left the dealership because she recognized the problems. I thought she would get better but 40 miles later as I was pumping gas she had her face in both her hands sobbing inconsolably. I called as soon as they opened the next morning to inquire about getting our old vehicle back. The sales manager wanted $7,000 but initially settled on $5,336 to get our old vehicle back just over 12 hours later and another $1,000 added 2 days later. The sales manager at Rick McGill was stone cold to our situation. Our choices were to either lose $6,336 or keep the inferior vehicle we traded for. Since we are both retired and on a fixed income this is a hard pill to swallow. We had the opportunity to examine the new one. But we felt pressured to trade because Toyota is changing the Highlander to a 4 cylinder engine (which we didn't like). We should have walked away from them and Toyota when we had the chance. But, I had hoped for a little more compassion for our situation. We could have returned the car, parked it on the lot with a few more miles on it, they could shred the paperwork, we could pay a fee for their trouble and some miles on an already used car, and could have parted friends. The car would be in essentially the same condition and whoever buys it would not be harmed in any way. Instead I will never go back to Rick McGill again nor purchase another Toyota from them or any other dealership. The quality of this model has diminished drastically in the last couple of years. Just check Consumer Reports.

Tried to charge me for a tire rotation until i pointed out they didn't rotate the tires and charged me for a tire patch but didn't patch the tire .Services: Tires
