I bought a truck from here 3 years ago. I was forced into paying for Gap Insurance even tho I explicitly stated I didn't want to pay for it. I was told it was not an option but that it was refundable after I owed less on the truck than it was worth. I've tried getting the gap insurance refunded for over a year and a half now and I've made no progress. It wasn't necessary because it basically doubled the margin of difference between loan amount and book value at the time. It would've been paid down to book value in just a few months. No inspection was done on the truck I bought from here. It had aftermarket wheels and tires, I knew it would need tires before I bought it. The issue is the truck didn't come with a wheel lock key. Found one for $5 simple enough but after getting the wheels and tires off, it needed a 4 wheel brake job and the rear leaf springs were broken, a minor exhaust leak, and there was also very small rear diff leak. The transfer case went out within 1k miles because there was no fluid in it. Not that it leaked out. There just wasn't fluid in it. Which isn't necessarily something you check on a basic used car inspection. It was just the icing of the cake. This truck is my spare vehicle, it's been great since I've taken care of the first issues it had. 3 years, 50k miles later, several trips across country towing a utility trailer and many 4x4 trails later. Couldn't be happier with the truck itself, but a very poor experience at this dealership.

Dave Ramsey was our salesman. He was very patient, as we bounced back and forth with our decision. He wasn’t pushy at all. He is an asset to your company. We will look for him if we need to buy another car.

There were some items to be addressed, but Travis and his team ensured a smooth and easy experience. I love the Yukon I purchased am grateful for Travis' communication and the ease of the process.

I am very pleased with my experience. The Buick repair shop had confidence in fixing my car, even when another shop told me nothing was wrong with it. Buick found the issue and had it back to me in a day. I would definitely take my Buick back to them. ? TY

Scheduled an appointment on the website and received several text messages confirming the appointment. Dropped off truck at appointed time. Next evening, called about the status of truck and was told that I did not have an appointment and that I would not be serviced until the following week. I arrived at the dealership with only 15 minutes to closing to get my truck back for work and they could not find the keys. Luckily, they gave me a loaner to use until the service was complete, and the service was great after that.

My mom and I had an excellent experience at Twin City Buick-GMC with Doug Ragsdale! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and never pressured. Doug Ragsdale was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in finding the right car for us. The dealership had a wide selection, and the buying process was smooth. We greatly appreciated the transparent pricing and fair negotiation. Overall, we highly recommend Twin City Buick-GMC and Doug for a stress free car buying experience! ?

Let me start by saying the whole service team including the manager Brian is a bunch of crooks.. We had a vehicle in there for a/c being out.. we got the call that it was almost 4k okay fix it. Next day car was ready. 24 hours later the a/c wasn't working.. took it back a few days later.. got the call it was over 1500 plus tax.. spoke to the manager he said I can do it for $1345 I still fill it should have been better discounted he said he can't do much anything else because the part is expensive. I was told told That the first time, they did not do a dye test or anything because they saw where it was broke. Freon is expensive as everyone knows that. They still charged that much anyways got the car and they charged us 1509 plus tax.. I call manager states he told me $14xx k pretty sure I know my finances.. he tells me he can give us $59 back which still don't add up.. what a bunch of crooks.I don't mind paying for the part (at cost) but I should bot have been charged $600 in labor..

We had a wonderful experience buying here! Our salesman Travis was kind, helpful and patient. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. If you’re in the market, do yourself a favor and check them out. (Ask for Travis when you do!!)

To anyone who is dreading the entire car buying experience, I highly recommend this dealership. No pressure to buy and they will not try to sell you more car than you can afford. My salesman, Keith, was super nice and patient with me. I never felt rushed or pressured. I told him how much I could spend and he gave me some great options within my budget. The finance guy, Danny, was helpful and made the process smooth and easy. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone but especially to those that are nervous about the car buying experience.

Do NOT buy from their used car center or them in general. They sold me a Lemon!! I bought a 2014 Ford edge from them in December I have had nothing but problems. I have put in so much money , now the engine is blown. I should have gone else where. In the first week of owning the car I had it back up at their dealership four times . All they say is oh sorry. They wouldn’t do anything to start when it was minor things now I guarantee they will ignore this. Do not buy from them !!!!!! There are hundreds of dealerships that are trust worthy and care about their customers. Twin City used cars are shameful. $15,000 down the drain . Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy from them.

Impeccable business practices. I purchased a used Ram from Twin City Buick GMC in Alacoa, TN. I was coming from out of state. Tommy (Sales) went above and beyond from start to finish. Coming from out of state purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, Tommy took as many photos and videos as I requested and even picked me up from the airport when I flew in (On his day off). Upon driving off the lot, the radio went bad and he and his Manager never flinched and out of good faith paid for the fix when I got home at my local dealership. These guys know how to take care of their customers and their word is gold. I recommend them a million times over. Really good people who do business the right way.

Worst place in East Tennessee to buy a car. Twin City all in general. We buy a use vehicle there take it back on the same week because of a oil leak and they couldn’t give me a quote for repairs, even if I was willing to paid full price for repairs. The only thing that I was inform was to leave like that because is a old car and pretty much who cares and to check oil level often. This is the first dealer ever on history that turn down repairs despite their high prices. We take this issue to the dealer manager never call me back like he said he will do. We talk with the manager of Twin City’s dealership and all he keep saying was I’m so sorry He also said is hard to find parts for a Buick Lucerine. Are you kidding me?? Bottom line very unprofessional and disrespectful. End up taking the car to a private mechanic, I was fix the same day running strong with no problems..
