Great experience at this dealership and with our salesman, Greg Stewart. Greg was patient and very knowledgeable about their cars. We bought a 2024 Palisade Calligraphy. Could not be more pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend this dealership in general and Greg in particular.

I had a fantastic experience at Twin City Hyundai! I found the exact car I had been looking for online, and it said it was on it's way to the dealership. Daniel was my salesperson, and he did such an excellent job communicating right away to let me know when the car had arrived and to set up a test drive. He was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and showing me everything the car could do. He really went the extra mile. CJ also did a great job getting financing set up, and was very personable. I love my new car, and highly recommend Twin City Hyundai.

Excellent service and a tremendous desire to meet my needs! Yesterday I purchased a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson at Twin City. My journey began over 2 months ago. Austin took me under his wing and helped me decide I did indeed want a Tucson and all the great benefits that come along with Hyundai ownership. This is my first purchase of a vehicle not made in the US. I love a white vehicle. But apparently so does everyone else. Austin and his team began to search for one. They were met with roadblocks at every turn. But failure was not an option. The decision was made to special order my vehicle. It took almost two months to arrive from Korea. But it is absolutely beautiful! I am so appreciative of their patience with me as I stuck to my guns to get what I wanted. And for answering all my crazy questions. It was a long ride but well worth the wait with the kind and helpful team at Twin City. Great job Austin!!!

Our car needed service during our travels and we called for an appointment. They were able to help us that same day if we didn't mind waiting a few hours.The waiting area is comfortable, has wifi, good coffee, water and clean restrooms.The people here are extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job and gave us a lot of good recommendations for the area as well.Thanks again for the great service!

Twin City Hyundai provided a seamless car-buying experience. The sales team was knowledgeable, the vehicles were high-quality, and their customer service was exceptional. The finance options and the vehicle warranty were the best that I can find. I was helped by Benjamin and he walked me through the whole process in around 2 hours. I am very happy with my new car.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Daniel Morgan at Twin City Hyundai! I was in a tight spot, with a broken car and bad timing. I had a recent favorable experience with the Hyundai services manager, by the name of Glenn. He took my appointment over an hour early, was courteous and saw to it my Hyundai Tucson was tended to promptly and professionally. He has a very disarming and easy going style. He saw to it that my car was serviced efficiently and took the time to itemize and review each maintenance procedure with me accordingly. Greg Stewart and the team were able to provide outstanding service in getting us into a new Hyundai, going the extra mile to find exactly what we were looking. Great value (free maintenance for 3 years!) and quality...it was so good, I was back a month later with my daughter for her car! Highly recommend Greg Stewart and a new Hyundai!

Disappointed. I came in for an oil change, spent $180 on a carbon filter and oil change and they couldn’t even top off my washer fluid. I switched from cedar bluff location because I thought they were failing me, but I’m better off at that location.

this man, service department workerMATT ORAVITZ ?TOLD ME TO GO HOME AND REPAIR MY CAR AND WHEELS BY MYSELF, BEHAVE OFFENSIVE AND WAVED IN MY FACE WITH HAND, I ASKED ABOUT MY WARRANTY ON WHEELS AND WHEELS I PAID $3000 FOR IT FOR 3 YEARS CAR 6 MONTHS 2023 GENESIS G70 3.3T HE LAUGHED in my face and didn't want to apoitment... JUST REFUSED TO TALK TO ME AS IF I AM AT HIS HOUSE AND NOT AT WORK...

Do not use their Service Department. 2015 Veloster went limp, had it towed to Twin City Hyundai. They told me I needed to replace the clutch actuator for $1300. Then after 12 days, calling almost everyday and going over there expecting it to be ready, they tell me I need a new transmission. They said it will be an additional $5000 but still couldn’t guarantee that it would fix the problem.Towed it to another garage, getting it fixed for half the price including tax and should be done in a couple of days.Bottom line is that they don’t know what they’re doing, have terrible communication skills, exorbitant prices and you can’t trust them.

Great sales and service department as well. I have bought three vehicles from Twin City Hyundai since 2014. They have treated me like royalty and I so appreciate the people that they have working for them. I have purchased all three from Greg ******* and if I ever decide to buy another, I will ask for Greg! The service department is very good as well and Glen ****** has been my Service Advisor. He listens and follows through on every issue that you might have. I could not ask for any better treatment than what I receive from Twin City, so I hope that if anyone is looking to buy, I HIGHLY recommend them. They will take care of you and a customer cannot ask for a better experience.
