Went into this store and stand there for two hours I will be discontinuing my service with this joke company these kids that work here are very disrespectful and flirt with peoples wife’s definitely watch out they had no intentions on helping me, but want to sit there and call my wife, gorgeous and beautiful but honestly makes me feel good. Thank you for that because you’ll never have a woman like that. Will be reporting this place to the better business bureau.

they work on commission! they will sell you any and everything...they get No hourly rate as an employee..on commission..my bill went from 160 to 225...with 2 phones..I had 4 phones at 160...just Wow!

Dont know how long these 4.5 stars customers had to wait but , Worst customer service experience Ever. PLAN ON WAITING because nobody will greet you. Nobody to ask questions, you just walk in, stand there with everybody else at the door. Dont know whos next. I waited an hour before they closed, waited ANOTHER hour after they locked the doors. STILL, never greeted, never told we will be with you in 3 hrs. NOTHIN. FINALLY! Got up there after waiting 2 hrs and was told by Austin i had to wait 4 more months for an upgrade!? Needless to say i wasnt going to make my wife and 2 young girls wait any longer. Get home and my wife calls 800 # and she said Monica from customer service said i WAS available as long as the screen wasnt broke and phone in good working order. If they had someone floating to answer questions, and greet and help with questions before hand, I wouldnt have wasted 2 hrs of time dealing with unprofessional employees that obviously need more training (customer service included) and wasting other customers time infront of them. So needless to say, i wasted 2 hrs of my time. And NOW have to make a 2nd trip to get the phone i want, in the color i want, at a BETTER STORE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES.

We have been with US Cellular for 7 years and was leaving to go another company until we met Tim Daniels. Tim is a amazing person and just meeting and dealing with him today made us stay. He’s such a nice person and easy to work with and helped us pick out new phones and accessories we needed. He made my husband and myself feel so welcome and spent all the time we needed to make the best decisions for ourselves. Great guy and if you go to US Cellular we hope you meet Tim.

We had went to a US Cellular location closer to our house on Sunday. we told them we wanted to upgrade 2 phones. They put our name on a list and we waited for 2 hours just to find out they didn't even have the phone we wanted. Suggested I try calling the one on Kingston pike. Monday morning I called 3 different stores and none of them had the phone I wanted. Called the Alcoa location and talked to Vinny and he said they only had one but they could order the other one for me. Out of all 4 locations I dealt with this is the ONLY location that offered to order the phone we wanted. I went to this location and Omar helped me. He was very helpful and friendly. It didn't take long to get my upgraded phone working. He ordered the other one for me and it was delivered to our house the next day. It is just a shame that I had to drive 40 minutes to get good customer service. If you want good customer service I would suggest this location.

Our visit started out with a phone call to the store to check for smart watches that were in stock. Tina answered our call and we could not be happier that she did. Tina is an exceptional employee and thats a fact. I called in advance to see if that location had the smart watch i wanted for my wife for our anniversary this year and tina did not disappoint. When we arrived we asked for tina and she had the watches out for us to look at and she was very knowledgeable about each of them. She was very courteous and genuine and did everything she could to get the watch we wanted and for the best deal. Tina did such a fantastic job with us that we actually purchased two smart watches instead of the one and we are very satisfied with them. If you want excellent customer service and a friendly face then ask for tina at this location. She is very professional and does a great job. Thank you tina for making our anniversary even better.

I use to have the best service. my phone picked up when noone elses would. since the network changed to 5g its horrible. 99% of the time I have 1 bar or no service at all. It's aweful.

Customer rep was nice, but company policy is a scam. I've been a customer for over 4 years, and was told today that only new customers get promotional prices on new phones, and that "upgrades" barely get a discount at all. I am actively looking to switch to a new provider now, so your business practices literally did what they were designed to do, push away reliable existing customers.
