Not bad for me…very straight forward. You check in with the guard. He/she will get all your BOL info.. your info. Yes, guard check driver’s license, and just follow their instructions. Checking in no later than 1hr. Capstone lumper as usual high fee’s. No overnight, no parking in the neighborhood.

Being generous with 2 stars. Arrived on time and got a door fairly quick. Unloaded in about 2 hours but currently waiting 4 hours for paperwork for 6 pallets… but yall want to charge $2-350 for a lumper

My driver had an awesome experiance with the unloading here. It tooks 1.5h from the appt time to get him empty. Thank you!
