I will never go to the Maryville post office again. The Alcoa post office is never crowded and the people who work there are kind and efficient. I'm glad it's hidden!

so irritated with package delivery recently. i am not sure what happened, but how is it that “package delivery was attempted” when a truck did not even pass the house? baffling and frustrating.

Don't even bother scheduling a redelivery because it'll never happen. I had a "signature required" pkg coming 5 days ago. I knew it was coming and made sure to be home and near the door while it was "out for delivery". Then I get an email stating that they missed me. I found a slip in my mailbox that said "no authorized recipient available". Well, if they don't even attempt to knock on my door, obviously I cannot sign for it. I was extremely irritated because I waited for this PKG (small PKG too btw), and paid a higher shipping fee to get it faster. Anyway, I set up redelivery for the following day, and it never arrived. I've been waiting several days now with nothing. So unbelievably aggravating.

Called today never answered the phone forever. I finally hung up all I wanted to know was my check dated 11/7 not cleared and where are my forever stamps that I had put a check in orange envelope in the mailbox somebody could at least answer the phone I’m sorry. So I guess I will leave a letter to mail carrier to check for me. 11/15/23
