Walmart is the cheapest option for my medication however I can’t ever find out if it’s in stock at this location because, as of lately, they refuse to tell me. It’s not a problem for any other Walmart pharmacy location to give me this info as I’ve had to call them all over the last several months due to the ADHD med shortages. Even though I have gotten the exact med filled at this location, and currently use them for my other scripts. It makes the process even more frustrating, I just want to get my PRESCRIBED meds. Ffs. They also haven’t been able to get my med in stock in 5 months. I understand the shortages but other pharmacies have been receiving it so what’s up with Walmart?

One of the pharmacists are extremely helpful and kind. However, the rest of the staff seem to be extremely lackadaisical and do the absolute bare minimum in my opinion. I had a horrible experience where the staff couldn’t have seemed to care less about a life sustaining medication by my observation. I would highly recommend using any other pharmacy in the area over this one. I will be swapping Monday.

Sadly this is the only way I can write a review... Pick a store. My complaint is against Walmart Corp and Walmart + account that o can't use.We traveled out of the country and o places an order from the Caribbean day before we left. My order was can for local restriction. I called Walmart customer service immediately and explained. I was told just reorder once we were back in the US. I tried.. Well that was 31 daya ago and all my orders are canceled location restrictions. I'm ordering from my home in the US! Multiple calls, try this try that amd no fix.I really struggle to think we are the only people to order out of the country. Now we are evidently consider crooks. Beware, Wal-Mart will not fix your problems if your account has problems. Don't order outside the United States! Total disaster and no one cares.

On 6 different occasions I have had a prescription sent in for antibiotics in 2 years for an infant-2years old. Every time I show up they tell me that they are out of stock. They will not call ahead of time or help resolve the issue. As the pharmacist stated “ It is our policy to let you know when you come to pick up your medication, not beforehand”. They would not help to find another pharmacy on the times the pediatricians office is already closed.

Evidently there is a new pharmacist that does not care about her job or patients. My 90 year old mother just got a new antibiotic filled and was offered no advice or even asked if she had questions. An emergency inhaler was also filled (Mom has never had one prescribed) and when she asked the pharmacist if the holder was included in the sealed box in a bag, the pharmacist replied "I guess so." This may seem petty to some but the pharmacist is the last safety check for a patient in a system that is already cranking people through too fast. I guess Walmart has extended their bargain practices to medication services as well. Really can't see how this is legal, much less ethical.

My wife stopped by the pharmacy to pick up advil cold and sinus for myself. I'm sick with a head cold and didn't feel like going to Walmart. Anyways the girl in the pharmacy wouldn't sell her any because she said the sick person needs to be in the store to make the purchase. I know you have to show your driver's license when buying advil cold and sinus but I've never heard of the sick person having to be present. With covid going on I was surprised to hear that the girl would want me in the store in the first place with sickness. At any rate my wife went to a different pharmacy further from our house and had no problem with the purchase. Walmart continues to prove that they may sell cheaper products to stay in business but are number 1 at poor customer service.

Store was clean and what we were looking for was in stock but the men's restroom needs some attention. The toilet paper dispenser was missing and they had the toilet paper on the back of the toilet which made it difficult to grab and if you wasn't careful it would of fallen on the floor.

They were very nice helped out a great deal the only thing that I would recommend when you're opening up medicine to put gloves on the cashier used her fingernails to pull the top off of liquid medicine who was also the cashier I had to bring the medicine home and wipe it down with rubbing alcohol so my children getting get any other germs in times like this taking the extra step always helps

Has been years since I've been to a Walmart and now I remember why. Store was completely a mess. Dirty and disorganized with rotten banana peels behind shelves, and the one product I came for wasn't even in the store despite the Walmart site saying there were six of them available.Save your time and go to Kroger or order from somewhere else online.

You can’t expect people to want to shop at your store if you are on hold 15 mins and routed to the same person 3xs then the associate tell you she’s going to send you to the managers office to hold for another 15. I’m literally on hold as I type this. I am only looking for one thing. I’ve never had this much of a hassle trying to get someone on the phone besides the DMV and IRS. Weak sauce yous guys.

Never had a problem. The Pharmacist and staff are always very busy but always willing to help me find a specific product from the store shelves. I’m a 73 year old male.
