Had my service installed yesterday, Brian was my technician and his years of experience showed and he was good to talk to. He asked me if it was okay to place something somewhere before he started drilling, and he even vacuumed the debris! I’ve never seen a technician do this!
You guys have been so awesome through my entire internet transfer, I even allowed him to put y’all’s promotional sign on my front lawn. So if you could cut a brother a deal on the security equipment… 😂 lol.

Love DTC I had a for over 4 years every time I called they would be out there within 24 to 48 hours to fix the problem had no problem every time I called in the people were kind courteous and sympathetic to my situation because I work at home it was awesome wish I didn't have to leave them but I moved

I have to say, I am truly IMPRESSED with DTC. I have been with them for several years, and never had any issues, until today. While working from home, my internet went out. My router was flashing all green lights, and I could not figure out what was wrong. I finally decided to call DTC. The lady (I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name) I spoke with was extremely helpful, so nice, and figured out the issue within just a few minutes. I needed a new router, mine was outdated. It was exactly 29 minutes (yes, I mean MINUTES) from the time I called in to the technician LEAVING my house, new router plugged in and issue resolved. Thank you to the wonderful lady I spoke with, and to the technician that came out, THANK YOU! Yall are AWESOME!

DTC, your service is so bad you should be giving back money to your customers. We can’t watch a fight without interruptions. You guys don’t care about providing the service you sell, your service certainly doesn’t add up to your propaganda.
I’ve been a customer for years and I know I am wasting my time with this review because your service shows you don’t care. Own up to your sorry service and make it right for the people who line your pockets.

DTC has the absolute best service. All of their team is extremely helpful and efficient. I have no reservation recommending them. One example: My Internet was down one Sunday morning. After I did a little testing, I called DTC. They quickly ran some additional tests and said that they would have to send someone out. The tech was out in literally 30 minutes and had it fixed a short time later. This is not an unusual experience. All of my interactions with DTC have been similarly excellent.

I don’t even want to give them a 1 star rating. The service is awful. For the last 2 weeks it has been nothing but constant interruptions, it freezes up then goes out and says signal unavailable, this is constantly happening. Afraid to even get interested in anything on television because it could go out at anytime and you’ll miss something important. I wish we could get Spectrum out our way because if we could we would most definitely get rid of DTC.

We had to cancel our tv service because it kept freezing up our internet has been down all day. Called at 4 o’clock and got told they were aware of the problem and to call back in a couple of hours if not resolved. Remember we called at 4. Called back at 6 and they are closed. Terrible Terrible customer service.

I have tried to give benefit of the doubt due to changeover to fiber since August however, I will say that issues have greatly increased since that changeover. Slower, service interruptions, phone service regularly fails. On this day no phone or Internet and no explanation as to why. DTC's service number appears to not be working as well . . . that's a first. I have long since given up on calling anyway because unplugging and plugging back in seems to be the only advice and you do that anyway before you call. So basically, you sit and wait and hope for the best. I really wish if DTC had not been prepared for the changeover, they wouldn't have waited. I had significantly fewer issues and actually fast service before.

We went there to see if we would be able to to get Internet and if we could and get a price check and the lady's up front where very nice and helpful and they gave us the cost and what it will be after our year would be and told us that it would be a two week wait to get our services and anytime I call them they are very helpful and get me to the right department Everytime I call and even when we got our services on the install guy was very polite and help me with anything I would have to do on my end and even waited to make sure I got the app download to make sure I could get in to use it and answer all my questions I am glad I switched to them from spectrum
