This 7/11 location is a joke! They have incompetent workers who close the store when ever they feel like it or they won’t take your uber eats order at night because they’re just too lazy to do it. Hire some real workers or close this location down.

This is my favorite store in the Nashville area. The staff is amazing and it's super close to my house. They are always stocked with what I need. I am there at least every other day and always get the best service!!!

Really horrible customer service from the woman on Sunday morning 9/22. I will not be coming back to this location (probably not any others either). Would not recommend spending your money here.

I was greeted twice with a warm smile and I didn’t feel like I had to take a full body shower after using the bathroom, I could tell it was regularly kept up with and it smelled great. Also, every hand sanitizer station was actually working, I feel like that never happens in gas stations. And while I was looking at the food options an employee came and asked if I needed help and let me know lunch food options would be available soon. Never left a review for a gas station but I’ve also never had a pleasant experience in one before now 💀.

avoid coming here at all costs , the male colored worker in the front is extremely rude and has half of his body laying on the counter.. he gives you unpleasant looks and makes you feel unwelcomed. he doesn’t greet you at all and is on his phone the entire time.

Very bad attention!! They are very racist, not even good morning. The lady who works at the checkout today was very rude and did not want to sell me cigarettes showing my identity and you can see it on cameras. It has already happened to friends of mine in this store on several occasions. occasions!! For God's sake, a little more kindness and respect

It's incredible the level of racism and the mistreatment of foreigners!!! The lady who claims to be a manager is very unpleasant and never wants to sell me even showing my identity from this state, it's a shame!!!
