Have been in for a dental cleaning and a filling. Both appointments had wait times of over 30 minutes with one being an hour. Customer service and service overall was good but this place definitely overbooks for the staff they have currently, which disrespects their patients time.

Very friendly and professional staff. They even break down the treatment plans and alternatives that fit your budget and needs. I highly recommend this place. I'm looking forward to the ongoing process of restoring my smile by no one other than Aspen Dental.

My visit with the Antioch office of Aspen Dental was exceptional. In one day they were able to bring me in as a brand new patient and treat my toothache. The dentists in the office were very friendly and professional.

Aspen Dental took care of my oral hygiene. They are very knowledgeable about what I need to be done to my teeth. Aspen Dental was my first time going there. The staff are very kind they help when they can.

Excellent staff and prices. The office manager, dentist and assisting staff have been so sweet and answered any questions I could come up with. They explained everything until I understood it. Will definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work.

If I could give zero I would. I was told my first appointment would take about 45 minutes . I got there 8:10 for an 8:15 appointment was in the waiting room until 8:45 and was X-rayd and left in a freezing cold room for another 30 minutes I had to leave and reschedule to make it to work on time. I suggest taking the whole day off because apparently this place is hours long process.

Never in my life has a dentist office tried so hard to lose my business. So for that, Aspen Dental needs to be awarded generously for their stern efforts. I started getting red flags with this place when I scheduled my first ever routine cleaning with them. When I arrived, they told me there was no hygienist there that day, so they were just going to do x-rays and then they tried selling me on some other form of Invisalign.Then, when I scheduled my actual cleaning, just a few hours prior to my appointment, they canceled it, saying that the hygienist called out sick. Now I understand life happens, but they have made little to no effort to reschedule this appointment for me. They called me once when I was at work and since then, I have tried calling them about 10 times now and have not heard back or gotten to speak with a human being. I even spoke with an agent who emailed them on my behalf and they have still not reached out.Aspen Dental, the message has been received loud and clear. Your staff needs to do better. Unfortunately, my teeth don’t have time to watch the progression so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT get an implant done at this place. Dr. Williams and her coworkers will play in your mouth. She didn’t pull my teeth good and cause it more damage than good. She also put a huge screw in my mouth, it grew out of my gums, and failed out. Their system is screwed up too, so your refund will be delayed for some months. I’m still waiting on my refund. The second implant I was abused by her coworker and I was held down while I was getting drilled in my mouth. I cried and screamed and they blamed me for my pain. If you need an implant or teeth pulled go to Joe Doctora in Smyrna. He didn’t hurt me at all and he was very professional. He even called me the same day of surgery to check on me. I just found out Aspen dental has mostly student workers there. This is at all of their locations, because Dr. Williams travels to all of them. Ms. Cecily Williams please give me my money back.

Staff was nice, but the doctor and oral surgeon who practices here are absolutely horrible and should not be dentists. I have been outright refused care from both doctors who work out of their practice because of my complex medical history and history with medications allergies. So if you’re medically complex in any way or have medication allergies, don’t waste your time going here. They won’t treat you. They’ll turn you away with an abscess in your mouth like they did me.

I was undecided on whether or not I was going to leave a review for Aspen Dental but their inability to answer the phone or have their locations answer the phone is next level ridiculous. I am unsure how you are suppose to run a successful business while allowing customers to be forwarded to voicemail for days at a time?I went in for a routine cleaning and as I'm sure everyone else reading this review has heard I had "gingivitis" and a cavity. I really wish I would have done my research before because there are plenty of people now saying that this is Aspen's way at a cash grab on a majority of their customers. On the date of my cleaning my appointment was suppose to start at 2 and I wasn't even taken back for x-rays until 2:45. This is when I was told I wouldn't be getting a cleaning because I had gingivitis and would need a "deep cleaning". They then booked me out for a gingivitis cleaning, and then had me come back AGAIN for a filling and deep clean. At this point I had already spent a chunk of money and realized it was too late to go back because they had used up 850 of my allotted 1500 in dental coverage for the year. Now my filling is VERY painful in the gums and I believe it was either done incorrectly or maybe needs a minor grinding. But guess what, I have attempted to contact my office for 3 days and haven't been able to get them to answer the phone once. Don't try to go through Aspen's customer service either, they will tell you they are sorry, attempt to call the office, get denied and then bounce you to a "scheduling assistant" who will call the office and be denied again and then assured you the office will reach out for scheduling.It is just sad when large corporations take advantage of people either new to the area or do not have a long standing dentist and then treat their customers like this. Honestly this is the worst service I have ever received in my life and couldn't recommend a place less.This is my 2nd review in my life so I really hope anyone that reads it takes it very seriously and looks for dental help elsewhere unless you want to get financially or physically screwed over.

Gerald was very rude to me when I was explaining my situation after I had to come back in for my X-rays and asking them do do things that they stated they would do. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a second opinion. Won’ be coming back to Aspen as a client at all. Unprofessional.

Two and a half hours for and X-ray and consult is a bit unreasonable. Hoping my follow up is a little quicker. Majority of staff was pleasant and attentive.
