Lovely modern hotel with pool and gym. Great breakfast, spacious ultra clean and comfortable rooms and warm welcome. What more could you ask.

Right next to a rail line - building is no where close to buffering the sound.Seems short staffed and overwhelmed.Stingy with towels - less than one per registered guest. Won’t stay here again.

This place has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I booked a block of rooms in January and upon reserving my room the staff member incorrectly entered my contact information so I didn't know until I tried to check in that they "lost" my reservation. The worthless manager refused to give me a room with the contracted price and charged me full price for the same room that the rest of the family received at the group discounted price. Since then they have stopped answering my calls and just keep saying the can't issue a refund for the agreed upon price. Check in for all guests took forever and provided little to no customer service. It's sad because the hotel it's self was nice and clean. Breakfast was also really good. The front desk staff ruined what should have been the best weekend.

Rooms were very clean, located in Antioch, about 20-25 minite ride from Nashville. Hard to find an Uber that will take you back to Antioch. No blow dryers in rooms.Rooms: Clean but no blow dryer, had to go buy oneSafety: Antioch is not the safest area around Nashville.Food & drinks: Free breakfast was just okay.

Hotel is perfect but the only negative thing is the location. Whoever decided to place businesses at this location must have bumped their head.

I am in my room at the hotel now. This is my 3rd or 4th stay. And the worst of all the experiences which have been pretty neutral to this point. I arrive, I sleep, I pay, I leave. No news is good news. This time. Day one....carpet at edge of bed near door is saturated- I think service personnel spilled a bucket whilst mopping. I cover with towel and go to bed.Day two ....room is very "humid" when I arrive back late. I find the rest of the carpet is saturated and call the front desk. Report a maintenance issue to be resolved tomorrow. Go to sleep.Day three...IDK if maintenance came, there is no indication but room is cleaned. Carpet still wet...not saturated and towel under AC unit to catch ....condensation? (Except, i don't use the word "saturated" lightly) And, as a bonus, outlets near bed don't work...power to 1/3 of room is out.Again, I will sleep and leave for 14 hours . I will charge my phone in the third of the room that does work.... If you want more than that, maybe try another property. It is less than ideal. And PLEASE do not respond with "I apologize". You're really close to being a great alternative to downtown. Please do better.

A little pricey. But rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom is HUGE and open. Breakfast is pretty good. Close to the interstate , so perfect for hitting the road early of needed.Rooms: Beds are decent but if you have any type of back issues, then I'd bring somthing extra to help pad your back a little. Rest of the room is great. Bring Forks if you get the kitchenette rooms. Only thing they didn't have.

This place was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff was very rude checking in, location was horrible not a good place to take your children, the pool was closed which was one reason we chose this hotel it took 2 hours to get someone to fix the TV we had planned on staying 2 nights and indeed up leaving after the first night I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay. I suggest you pay a little extra for a hotel.

Beautiful hotel, and room. The young lady that checked me in was nice. That being said as I walked up to young ladies were behind the desk no one said anything, so I chose, and walked up. Apparently they were changing shifts, and I chose the wrong employee. She doesn't say a word backs away and walks away. Still no one has actually acknowledged me, so I walked towards the other employee then she finally greeted me. Look I get it probably had a long day, and now it's time to go, but a little courtesy goes a long way.Rooms: Third hotel for me this week, and this looked the best.

Too LOUD! Facing major highway where you hear all the traffic. Sketchy area. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everyone above and next to you. Even smell what food they are eating. Trucks take trash at 5am so be prepared for banging for an hour. No pots, pans, dishes or anything to help with the kitchen stay. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed here because of an early morning appt at Vanderbilt hospital and it will now be our designated hotel anytime we need to come to Nashville. Really nice hotel, and very clean. I’m really big on hotel breakfasts and theirs might be the best one I’ve ever had.

Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast ? 4 ☆ bc pool was closed but wasn't told ahead of time. Kids super disappointed.¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Update. They took my dads driver's license at check in and he didn't realize until we were headed home. We were there long enough that they could have called us in the room to pick it up. 1 week later and they still haven't mailed it to him. Very unprofessional. Was 4 star now 1 ☆for service. Will not return to this hotel.Rooms: Room was good. Couch was perfect for 5th person (kid).

My partner and I went to Nashville for a few concerts, one of which was the Eras Tour. The hotel was clean, when I walked in I thought it smelled really good. Our room was pretty much what we expected, so no complaints there. The only issue we had was with house keeping. Since we went to the Taylor Swift concert, traffic did not let us get back until very late (like 2AM late), so you can imagine the frustration that was felt when housekeeping was banging on our door at around 8:00 in the morning. And again around 9:00. And again around 10:30. We did say no thank you when they knocked, but by the third time I finally answered the door, and she was asking if we were leaving yet. Check out isn’t until 11:00, and at 24 I am perfectly capable of making sure I’m checked out of a hotel on time, so the housekeeper banging on the door (I wish I was exaggerating) before it was even time to check out was super frustrating. The ladies at the front desk were all really nice though.

There was 1 thing I was looking for when booking this stay; an indoor pool. After driving 9+ hours with 2 kids we arrived, unpacked, ate dinner, and put our swim suits on. We got to the lobby and asked where the pool was. The staff at this time, for the first time, informed us it was closed. I told them that I specifically looked for any type of alert, note, notice, or warning that the pool was closed and there was nothing about this anywhere. They said it’s posed on their site. So I went on the site and there was nothing. We wanted a refund for our stay due to us not receiving the service we paid for. The manager denied our refund because we slept there that night. It was 5pm when we found out about this and they offered to give us a refund if we left the hotel. Packing up 2 kids at 5pm and finding another hotel close by to move to for the night wasn’t an option. The manager and staff were so unprofessional and trashy. In addition to this, the air conditioner was broken, the floors were dirty and sticky, there was sand on our “clean” sheets, and the breakfast tasted like it had been re-warmed up for the 10th day in a row. The parking lot had several piles of glass swept into the grass(appeared to be different colored auto glass, which I assume it was from the local criminals breaking guests windows out and stealing stuff). The staff was chain smoking cigarettes right outside the front door and they all smelled like scum. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.Rooms: Air conditioner was broken, dirty sticky floors, lamps were all bent and falling apart, safe had the batteries stolen and weren’t replacedSafety: Drug addicts wandering around the hotel/streets, staff seemed to be on drugs, very unsafe neighborhood. Broken glass all over the parking lot/grass in multiple different spots.Noteworthy details: If you’re looking for a hideous stay, look no further!

First of all, the location is horrible!! Kept waking up out of a deep sleep to the interstate noise. It was so loud it sounded like tornadic winds. Also, my ac/ fan did not work at all. And the beds were probably the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Idk why this place has high ratings...except I will say the breakfast is fantastic and the place was very clean. The pool was a hit with the kids...but the total comfort and location just sucked.
