Where should I start? Let me give our Bride & Groom their due. The wedding reception was so beautiful. We were so excited to transform this dirty place into something beautiful. Total buyers beware disclaimer!!You will need to provide your own toiletries, provide your own trash bags, mop, broom. Shoot everything you need to maintain a clean home. The floor has not been striped and wax since Moses parted the Red Sea. The floors had sticky stuff all over it. This is just the beginning. Joe's apartment was not just a movie......the fridge came from his apartment and traveled well with critters and filth. The bathrooms were the equivalent of a porta potty and this is being nice. As event planners we are not janitors nor groundskeepers. We had to hall 14 tables and 80 chairs from their slumber. So please consider telling your event planner so they can upcharge you for that kind of labor. If the toilet backs up forget it there's no on call person. So after cleaning before we could start our decor, transforming the place and breaking down we left one bag of trash in the trash can and Lord our backs could not handle one more table so we left it up against the wall. Needless to say we could have left the place in horrible condition after serving 80 guests, but we bought a broom to sweep and took out several bags of trash and you guessed it the deposit was retained. At this point we didn't care. I would not recommend this facility unless it's a potluck. Keep in mind capacity means standing guests not seated guests. So this place is good for things under 50 seated guests. All in all the Bride & Groom was satisfied. I cry foul for a realty company such as Crye-Leike who is considered top 3 in the Nation for realty to have better operating standards!

If I could rate 0 I would!! They will do anything or say anything to keep your Deposit!! How they gonna ask for you to have it cleaned when it’s not clean when you come in the center! Mice droppings all over the kitchen! Refrigerator was disgusting ? (both) no trash bags for the trash cans!! There was trash left in trash can when we got there with no trash bag that we had to empty!!! The floors was also Dirty!!! And they wanna charge all that money to rent that place out!! I will be contacting my LAWYER about my deposit!!! I will never rent that place again!!

The place was big enough. It doesn't feel right to go from partying to cleaning. And the broom we had to use was for a one armed person. No offense intended. I guess it served its purpose but I wouldn't use it personally. I would rather pay for clean up than do it myself after an event.
