I have come here several times and it is always clean and quiet. I visited the OneMinute Clinic today and was helped by Tabbitha and she was fantastic. She is the reason I'm reviewing today. She was super fast, attentive, and knowledgeable about everything I asked her. She is a great nurse!! Thank you for your service!

We arrived at drive through at 7:30PM as prescriptions were ready by 7:24PM. There were 5 cars in front so we had to wait. When we pulled up it was 8:02 PM and the Asian guy very rudely asked us to leave, even when we told him that it was an emergency. It was an emergency and this guy didn’t even bother to consider. I am going to report this store.

The staff in the pharmacy was very rude and appeared to be unbothered. I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I hadn't been to this store in over a year or longer and the pharmacist never asked me for my insurance car/info, or for validation of insurance that was on file, if there were any changes in insurance or any updates since your last visit with us, or did I need any consultation with this medication. The atmosphere of the store appeared to be brash and tasteless. Oh yea, not to mention there is no public LAVATORY, EVEN though BY TN STATE LAW one is required in all PUBLIC FACILITIES WHERE 10 OR MORE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC CONGREGATE OR ARE PRESENT @ ANY GIVEN TIME. I will be reporting this store to the state of TN to see if THE STATE feels that this store (especially a PHARMACY where one may have to wait for any given period of time for services).

I am moving my prescription immediately. Not only did they ‘misplace’ my prescription for days, never call the doctor to get filled, but the pharmacist was the worst. This man was making up laws (yes I doubled checked) to fit his own agranda on whether or not he was going to fill my prescriptions and when. These are meds I’ve been on for years and not having them filled could end up killing me if he withheld them. To think this pharmacist decides to choose whether or not to fill medications MY DOCTOR prescribed is literally taking my life into his hands and that is terrifying.

This place is really going downhill. My last two trips I have spent a total of 47 minutes waiting in the drive-through line. It’s inexplicable. The trip before that, I was asked to come inside because my prescription would take a minute. That made sense. Let’s not hold up the drive-through line.!

Pharmacist was a jerk. Wanted a prescription for medical supplies what am I going to do with test strips etc. Plus he’s only negatively affecting public health.

My dentist prescribed me medication. I called ahead and I was told they have it filled and I could come get it. I get there 1.5 hours later and they say that they just received my prescription and it'll take more time to fill it. I had to sit in pain for an extra 2 hours ....

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Unbelievably slow service. Rude and unhelpful staff. Waited in line well over an hour past my appointment time for a covid test only to be rushed through when it was my turn and eventually got inconclusive results. Save your time, go to Walgreens.

Attempted to transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy. It didn't work for some reason. I took written prescriptions for the same meds to the store, and saw the technician hand them to the pharmacist. After two days, I called and was told that there was no record of either the transfer or the written prescriptions. Time to take my business elsewhere.

I had a very strange interaction with the pharmacist. I was turning in a prescription \u0026 they said they were out of what I needed. It wasn't an emergency, so I asked if they could keep it on file and call me when they had it in. She said no because there's new people there and she doesn't want my paperwork to get lost and when they get it in they're not going to help new customers first. Um okay, I'll go somewhere else.

I switched over to CVS when I got married from Walgreens. At first, we were both very pleased, but when the pharmacist left that had been there for many years, so did the good customer service and the eagerness to help from the current staff. The wait times are awful and honestly we well probably just switch to home delivery now.

You had 6 people behind the counter yet no one could stop for 5 seconds to help the 6 people in line or 3 people in the drive thru fill a prescription.

I used the drive-thru to drop off three meds to transfer from Walgreens. I arrived before 1 pm and didn't drive away until 1:55 pm! The lady kept saying I am all alone and I need to be patient, but I witnessed several counter customers being helped before me. I hit the call button 3 times. She didn't come to the window until after I laid on the horn! BAD scheduling for their busy time of the day. They should have a dedicated drive-thru person. The customer service is slow and so is their Minute Clinic. I wish I had another option! *** 2/26/17 ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE! 40 min on hold last night.. still on hold!!!!! After 35 min it disconnected me! 2nd call was answered after 30 min. They are short handed...HIRE MORE PEOPLE IDIOTS!!! Original post was a month ago
