Needed a tow when my transmission went out. Howler Tow was quick to answer my call and quick to get my car towed.

hello - i found myself stranded on the interstate . my mechanic @ ‘main street auto repair’ recommended Hosler Tow Service .
i called - Yusuf answered and patiently told me how to send him my coordinates using the map app on my iphone (i had never done that so i needed help) . he told me he’d be there in 35 minutes and he was . he not only took me and my car to the garage - he waited while i spoke to the mechanic about about my car problem - then allowed me to gather things i needed from the trunk of my broke-down car - and finally gave me a ride home . Yusuf was polite , helpful and fair w/ me . i recommend him and his independently operated towing service .

This is my second time using this company. The first time was a great job. But this time The drive talked down to me like I was a kid. You would think that just changing a tire for 200 dollars would make someone happy. It was as if he didn't want to be there. This unfortunately will be the last time I will be reaching out. Please don't be rude to paying customers.
