“We had a great experience working with Cross Country Mortgage to buy 2 properties, a regular property and a 1031 exchange property. Unexpectedly, we found the regular property first before the 1031 relinquished property sold, which left us worried that we wouldn’t be able to buy this property that was just what we wanted. Our understanding was that this was because the seller BOTH preferred a shortened closing and, based on CCM’s reputation, believed the loan would come through as promised, which it did. Throughout the process, CCM was very responsive to all questions at all odd hours, very courteous and friendly, and very informative. Shawn and Heather taught us several things that we didn’t know, and which definitely worked to our advantage. We highly recommend them.”

One example is if a check shows as deposited in our account from another one of our accounts, it’s strange to have to prove that the check cleared the first account.
