The maintenance team is always on point. They are willing to help in less than 24 hours always polite and respectful. The leasing office has been great with assisting with any needs. It's best to reach them via email.

The maintenance team here is AMAZING. They responded to my work order very quickly & we’re in & out within minutes. Everything that I needed fixed was fixed! I Highly recommend pinnacle heights! The lady’s in the office, JC & Emmy, are also AMAZING & very easy to communicate with.

I finally met Chandler! Wonderful new addition. He went out of his way to help me carry up, the three flights of stairs, a heavy package that I could not handle myself!!

Recently moved but back in January only due to wanting a change of scenery. Moved to Pinnacle in 2019 and it deserves 10 stars. Maintenance responds very quickly and are very transparent if there’s an issue with fixing something. JC? AMAZING. Omg. The best and is always willing to help you with anything. She’s very direct and makes sure everybody is enjoying being a resident. I would definitely recommend.
