After my stepmother died he shipped things all over the country to various family members, many were heavy or extremely fragile. Kevin successfully shipped many framed art works that were extremely vulnerable and they ALL arrived in perfect condition. But besides all that , he's just a pleasure to work with from picking up a truckload of items at the condo to conferring on the phone. Very honest, very polite, and very trustworthy.
