The woman at the desk was very helpful and nice and was a breath of fresh air in the midst of a truly irritating insurance claim mess with my insurance company. Service King was great. The repair looks perfect!! It was a big dent/slice in my back door where it was hit that they fixed.They updated me via text along the way and were finished on time. Professional and I have no complaints.

I'm not really sure what everybody else is talking about here. I had an incredible experience. Tyler called me every three days throughout the process to let me know what was going on in the repair process. I just got my car back today and it looks incredible as if it was brand new they even cleaned out the inside. Thanks Tyler and team for the repair!

They kept pushing the finishing date 3 times. Not reliable on finish date. I was lucky I had rental from insurance. If not I would be without car for weeks.Service: Painting

I couldn't be happier with my truck. Worked with Alexandra through the process. She kept me updated and even went above and beyond to replace my "thin blue line" American Flag bunber sticker. It was my car insurance place for repair. I'm still a bit in the dark as to what is being done (fixed or totaled) and a guess as to how long before I get my fixed car or what. I think more definitive responses after 10 calendar days is not unreasonable. I acknowledge that some of this hurry up and wait is in the hands of the insurance claim dept but information is needed.

I would suggest taking your car elsewhere. Not only did it take several months initially for repairs to be completely done they didn't do it right the first time. Tyler the manager is awful and just treats you like a number rather than a customer. Sitting there one day and at least 3 customers came back with complaints with prior work done to their vehicles.Very sloppy paint jobs and they will order new parts just to find out they don’t work. Place is a complete joke and I would highly recommend finding better options because you basically have to baby them along the process.

I received great service all in one place. I was able to make my appointment online and was asked if I also needed a rental car. The process was seamless and the rental car company even brought the car to me there. I was given an estimate for the amount of time it would take for repairs and they communicated any changes well. The lady at the desk by the door was very helpful and friendly and eased the stress of getting car repairs. The other staff members I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.Services: Painting

After a minor accident in downtown Nashville, I took my car to Crash Champions. They were friendly and the process seemed easy. It was not to be, however, and I am writing this review after more than two weeks of frustration, having just retrieved my car earlier today.From the start, Crash Champions provided little to no information or updates and was not communicative with my insurance agent either.They took apart the area where my car was hit and did not bother to put it back together. I had to go to the shop on two different days in order to get them to do so.When I finally got my car back, it was in worse condition than when it had arrived!I drove it home and found loose parts in the trunk that they had thrown in, as they did not bother to reassemble the vehicle professionally.

I would come back here to have my car fixed. The staff provided great communication of what to expect and when to expect my car repairs to be completed. They texted on Tuesdays and Thursdays with updates. They worked well with the rental car agency and my insurance. Would highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

This was hands down the worst collision repair I have ever experienced. Customer service is non existent and it almost operates like a very small business even though this is a large business. I had minor rear bumper damage and it took them a month to fix it. They don't tell you how long it's gonna Take until after you turn it in and you've already worked it out with the insurance company. Alexandra was my customer service advocate and getting in contact with her is next to impossible. If you're thinking about using this company please do yourself a favor and choose to go elsewhere. They have a lot of locations so it's very misleading ( One would think that professionalism and the turnaround would be at least reasonable). You will be at the mercy of this company without having anyone to speak to that can give you answers.

The absolute worst experience of my life. They took a month do do damages that only totaled a little over 2300. They don't tell you how long it will take until after you drop it off and leave and have worked things out w your insurance company. Even though it's a large company w many locations they operate like a very small business. Customer service is non existent and it's almost impossible to get ahold of someone to speak to or get explanations of delays. Alexandra was my customer service liason/expert and it was impossible to get ahold of her. I've had 6 or 7 wrecks in my time driving. Some my fault, most not, but they were all much large damage wise, and it has never taken so long, been so hard to get into contact w someone, and feel like the people actually care about what they do. Absolute worst ever, please save yourself so much heartache and misery and find another company to do your body work. You will thank me

They told me the day before I had to pick up my car (after it had been there for a month) that the pieces were on back-order and didn't know when I could get my car. The guy started YELLING at me. I talked to the manager and he told me to call GM. GM said 1 part was shipped and the other parts weren't ordered. Very unprofessional, would NOT recommend.Services: Painting

I took my car to service King in Antioch Tennessee in October. Had it towed there for an estimate and what I thought was going to lead to repairs. I was told that my parts were on back order and it would be sometime around December then it got changed to after the first of the year. I called State Farm today only to find out that service king canceled the order for my parts. I never authorized that and never said that I didn’t want service king to repair my vehicle. Service King just canceled the order for my parts, if there was ever an order even placed and never notified me. The times that I have tried to make contact with service King in Antioch no one answers the phone, you leave a message and no one calls you back. They occasionally communicate via text when they feel like it but it’s not consistent. I have suggested that State Farm not recommend service King as one of their preferred providers for repairs and in addition to that, I’ll be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to report service king. This is not at all how you treat customers and not how you run a business, not a successful one anyway. I bet if it were the managers vehicle he wouldn’t want anyone to leave him hanging and treating him and his vehicle that way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. And after reading a few other reviews, I find it very interesting that the poor reviews, which I believe, seem to be from minorities. Very interesting.

i took my car in Nov. 30th. Asked if they could preorder parts to spare my rental fees. In this day and time I suggest you go somewhere else that will. At the very least use bungie cords until after all holidays. With rental so high and closing for holidays, the price can easily go from $2500 to $4000. Unless your insurance company pays for that.Service: Body & Trim
