“I started going to the Rivergate (Madison) store during the very week they opened, I believe it was in 2014? I loved them! They always took care of me; they knew their industry and their customers. Then they shut down recently due to new ownership that bought the strip and raised the rent to the point that some stores had to shut down. Oh, I could go on, but I digress. I was concerned that I would have to buy a whole new kit that I'd never used before and get stuck with liquid I didn't like nearly as well at a place I wasn't familiar with. Long story shorter, I just began dealing with the great people at the Smyrna store. I've been helped by both Ariana and her mom, Janice. I've no doubt that everyone else who works there is topnotch as well. Oh, maaan. This family is phenomenal. It's so rare these days to find a storeowner/-owners who provide a small-town feel. They absolutely strive to please every customer, because that's just who they are! They're kind, more than accommodating, they're knowledgable, and they're good people running a good business. I live in the Springfield area, and I'll still stick with them! They're worth it !!!”

They don't pressure you at all for an upsell or try and get you to purchase the more expensive items. They help you find what YOU need and what will work best for YOUR situation. Not what works best for their profit margin. Good people. They did carry my hard to find juice. After going in today the young lady was a no bullshit person. Instead of fearing shed lose a customer and give me some bs story why they don't have it in stock, she was cut and dry honest about why they didn't have it. I respect that. She offered up some replacements and I walked out of there with a new flavor. They definitely have not lost a customer.”

“I moved about a year ago and had to make special trips across town to my usual vape shop..I consider myself a loyal customer to businesses that seem to appreciate my business, so, finding another vape store I was comfortable with was a bit difficult at first. I walked in by chance to Royalty vape and they were so helpful! Never pushy with trying to sell me something I don’t need and have always been knowledgeable, patient and legit-nice people! I’ve never had a bad experience here and it’s my go to for all my accessories and liquids! I will say, however, that sometimes the coils I’m looking for aren’t in stock, but that’s usually because I vape a popular brand and I go thru coils and pods like they’re WATER. ? With that being said, Royalty Vape has always been reliable for everything else I could possibly need and the people who work there truly make the trip worth taking!
(I don’t have a car, if you’re wondering why I mentioned this☝?) 5 stars overall and in this review, I’d like to thank the staff for making me feel welcome, comfortable, and appreciated as a customer-the fact that they don’t haggle you to death or, like other shops in the area; try to overcharge if it’s something you NEED, is truly appreciated and I just thank you all so much for being so reliable!

“As a local customer that comes in here often, all the negative reviews on this store are all some miserrable old hags that think they should be catered to every where they go like its a 5 star restraunt. If you have a problem with Any of the employees at this location you are 10000% the problem. And let me clarify...i am not freinds with any of the employees here. I was just shocked seeing all the negative reviews. I promise these 1 star reviews are because some old miserable human walked in with an attitude and got the same treatment they were dishing out. “The customer service is AMAZING at this store. My favorite flavor of vape had been sold out for a couple of weeks. I was a little bummed because I go in every week and get my “Loops” flavored vape . I came in today, hoping they would have it. Unfortunately they didn’t BUT the owner called his warehouse and asked if I would be willing to wait 10 minutes so he could go pick up the flavor I wanted. This man went out of his way just to get me one vape. This is BEYOND satisfaction of customer service. Love the people that work here & the owner! ?”
