“Before moving the middle Tennessee, my dog had a leg amputation that left his traumatized of going to the vet. Any vet. After trying three or four other local vets, my coworkers kept pushing for me to try out Nippers Corner, and I’m beyond grateful that I did. After our first visit where i explained to them that he struggles leaving me and that if it’s easier for them to not fight with him they can do anything they need to in the exam room, obviously some things i know require him to be taken back, but they never once thought to bat an eye. They have gone above and beyond between calming my nerves about a new vet and how he can get, fitting us in for last minute appointments when he gets hurt, and just the overall care and compassion their entire team has always shown. They truly deserve the world there.”
“Both of my cats have received excellent care from Berry Hill Animal Hospital for over a year. My favorite thing about this veterinary practice, and specifically Dr. McElyea, is how much they educate pet owners. When we got our second cat, they took the time to give us tips on introducing our cats and decreasing aggression. Most recently, Dr, McElyea took the time to brainstorm and share tips of how to help my cat with weight loss. She even calculated the calories per day my cat should be eating and came up with a target weight. I really appreciate the time and effort that the vets put into our cats care. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area!”

“My 8 year old Yorkie, Daisy Jane, had to have ACL repair. Her surgeon was Dr. Drew Armstrong. I was very concerned about her surgery, but Dr. Armstrong took the time to explained everything to me prior to surgery and after surgery. Dr. Armstrong has a wonderful and caring personality. I like the way he’s just down to earth and leaves you with a feeling that your animal will be well taken care of. All of the staff are very kind as well. “BluePearl has been our go to for our multiple ER trips over my pup’s 3 years. Most recently a scary occasion that included hospitalization. Everyone we interacted with was sweet, efficient and patient with me as Alfie’s case had a lot of information/variables/testing/medications and it was a lot to take in during a high stress time. We know Alfie is not an easy case in general because he is reactive out of fear and hates being handled for all the things they need to do but they handled him like the pros they are. Pet medical emergencies are very stressful but I feel better knowing I have BluePearl there 24/7. Alfie is recovering from his aspiration pneumonia thanks to them and we will trust them with his future BOAS surgery.”

“The staff at City Pets is wonderful and have cared for two of our dogs up to this point. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I really appreciate how easy it is to communicate with them through phone, text, and email. I am especially thankful for how patient they are with answering random questions or looking at pictures to see if I’m being a nervous dog mom or if my concerns are actually worth an office visit. Also, the Pet Savings Account option is quite helpful for managing out of pocket costs throughout the year.”
