Sure can deliver junk mail yet any time I order anything for my car or I don't know a special event it always says delivered and goes missing.
I'm calling tomorrow to see if it'll appear miraculously and to file a claim. Tired of losing valuables from y'all.

For some unknown reason my mail delivery was suspended. I go to my local post office and they tell me they have no idea what’s going on that I’ll need to go to a different post office to find out.I live a half mile from the Apison post office.
As if that weren’t bad enough the young blond working there was just plain rude. She had the “not my problem. Call somebody else” attitude that I so despise when I’m trying to track down my mail.
I won’t come back here for any reason whatsoever. I’d give less than one star were it possible.

This is the most friendly and nice usps location in whole Chattanooga! And all because of nicest man who work there behind the counter! I hope his bosses will give him promotion because he deserve it!

Frequently get mail that doesn’t belong to me so I can just imagine that my mail goes elsewhere also. Yesterday I received an email notice saying that a package I was expecting could not be delivered because it would not fit in my mailbox. Of course it would not fit in the mailbox it was a yard aerator that you pull behind a lawnmower. Also the PO clerk here is unfriendly

They have always been helpful and diligent in delivering our mail, often going above and beyond in getting our packages to us.

Packages and mail left outside not under covered porch. It rained last week and we lost a package due to being soaked. We have called and asked to please on the porch but it hasn’t made a difference.

Usually either unable or unwilling to lend a hand or even offer to go the extra mile. Also terrible hours, very inconvenient and unhelpful as the people I've encountered that work behind the counter. My delivery lady is awesome tho. She saves it from being a 1 star

the fella that runs the counter is quite rude, if it was a private sector he wouldn't have a job.
spend the extra few minutes to E Brainerd where the folks are pleasant.
